The living room and the bedrooms and the coffee.
Beds are comfortable.
The sofa need to be cleaned or covered.
The bedsheets seemed old.
The bathroom ( top bathroom tub) needs to be cleaned.
For decoration have small bath soap.
Remove the baby chair behind the door.
4.1
Bright and plenty of space. Well appointed rooms.
It’s a bit shabby on the outside. Could do with a lick of paint to freshen up the appearance and tidy the grassy bit at the door.
4.1
The property is a functional, clean two-bedroom apartment with all of the essentials you would for a short stay.
Close to public transport if you want to venture into the city centre and a 20 minute walk to The Green, where you'll find the main Co-Op supermarket, a couple of decent pubs (the Wetherspoons here is massive, airy and has extensive outdoor areas).
Awful wi-fi. Which is a problem because the tv is all app-based. Even in good whether and with only one device connected, (which the owners claim are the reasons for the wi-fi being poor), the wi-fi drops out every 5 minutes, at best I ended up using my phone as a wi-fi hot-spot and it worked fune under the same conditions.
The location is a bit shady by comparison to the rest of Kings Norton. We noticed that we were the only people walking anywhere on an evening and wondered if this was due to safety.
The furniture is all pretty cheap and cheerful. It looks like it's been furnished by B&M Bargains.
The walls are paper thin. We had to take a mattress from one of the beds, throw it on the living-room floor and sleep there in order to be able to sleep at all due to neighbours playing loud music until the early hours.
All contact with the owner was via email and a property management portal, which seemed very impersonal.

The location as 6 minutes away from Holistic Health Centre.
Was light and clean. Was perfect for our stay.
Luckily we did not need to need WiFi as did not work.
4.1
Very clean and well stocked
We didn't have a car, and it was a bit of a walk to shops etc
4.1
The facility was very fit for purpose, clean, comfortable with functional facilities
Detailed instruction manuals in conspicuous places for the utilities within the facility make it exceptional.
Nothing comes to mind to be honest
4.1
Nice apartment, lovely little touches having the coffee machine and pods available, tea bags, sugar towels and toilet roll provided too. Heating was easy to work and the apartment was lovely and cosy. Bed was really comfortable too.
The WiFi was not great, also the toilet flush didn't work very well.
When we stayed the house next to us had a party on both nights which was difficult to sleep through.

Very homey
Shower head didn't have good pressure. WiFi kept playing up.

very spacious very clean an great for the price

4.1
Easy to find, good instructions for self check-in, clean and good facilities.
Wifi/Internet were suffering with intermittent service.
A few light bulbs need replacing in the kitchen.
Neighbours had a young baby when I was staying, so there was quite a bit of noise disturbance.
None of the above points I've mentioned would stop me from staying there again........I'm sure the landlord will replace the bulbs, and investigate the internet problems.
The baby crying.........I can live with that. I've had kids....it's tough!!

Can't really say a bad word and we are looking into staying here next week aswell, thought the beds where very comfy
The wifi was almost non existent all week which was annoying at times as some reason phone signal was very poor In the bedroom aswell so that's the only bad thing I could say really, also we didn't seem to have any oven trays in the kitchen

Evey thing was clean tidy
The value for money was great

The decor in the living room was ok
The shower was incredibly high up. Apartment was cold on arrival. It was not clean enough. Painting job was poor, pipes going into walls with large holes, hole/dip outside bathroom floor. Overall extremely expensive for a cheap place.
4.1
Comfortable, quiet, clean
Bathroom door lock broken, toilet seat loose.
4.1
Location was perfect for our needs.
Very small things such as, no coasters for drinks on coffee tables. No Scissors available. No bath mat or rubber mat for in the bath to stand on. Toilet seat not fitted properly. Otherwise this apartment was perfect, just needed those little finishing touches.
