Very close to the beach

Very close proximity to the beach. Chill, laid back place. They have a safe and a little fridge. The staff were very helpful with extra towels for the beach.

Not what was expected from pictures.

Location

We didn't stay, the room was situated at the top of two flights of very dirty steep stairs. Far to steep for 74 yr olds to climb. Asked for a different room to be shown one with no aircon or balcony and not very presentable...no thanks...and no words from the host either. THANK YOU for my refund.

Für eine Nacht ok! Habe am nächsten Morgen das Hotel gewechselt!

- Gute Lage - Sehr günstig

- Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig, Tagsüber 34 Grad im Zimmer! - Wifi unbrauchbar ! - Wasser Kocher muss verlangt werden. - Sehr lärmig, da direkt an der Strasse

The location was great. The end.

We had a room booked for 3 nights. Upon arrival the guy at reception was funny we checked in and went upstairs to our room. We are not particularly fussy so long as the room is clean and a/c is in a working fashion. Firstly, the room was extremely small yet we could deal with that. However when looking around the room there was a substantial amount of mould in the corner of the room with large cobwebs. We found a number of stains on the bedding and there was no tv in the room. The bathroom sink wasn’t in the bathroom but the other side of the wall inside the bedroom. The windows didn’t shut never mind lock. We were extremely dissatisfied with the standard of the room and checked out around 25 minutes after checking in.

Sehr heruntergekommen, weit ab vom Geschehen und der Eingang ist ein Weed shop. Bevor wir einchecken konnten mussten wir warten bis weed verkauft wird.

Grand for the price

Good location, quiet and easy walk to the beach/everything you need. Short walk to 7 eleven also. Reasonable price. Shared balcony area for use.

no hot water. did complain, but for 6 days they didn’t fix it. the receptionist is very lazy. seems like he didn’t care.

the location and price

the staff are so rude and the place is much different in realty than in the pictures in fact it’s very old building … and the language barrier.. no respect to costumers . no staff available if you need something, they are not cleaning even if you keep the door open , the staff is not helping in getting the luggage in or out

it was great value for money. if you need somewhere cheap and with a brilliant location it’s ideal

they did try and cancel on us before we got there, but then changed it and we had a room. the room was small and very very hot

Great location, clean, and affordable.

It was super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and a 7-11. It was clean, the owner was friendly, and the price was reasonable for what you get.

In the evenings it gets LOUD. Because you are almost on the beach, if they set off fireworks, it sounds like the building is being bombed. The soundproofing is also not good at all and you could hear every car, truck, and bike go by.

Disappointing place & service, but location was close to the beach/restaurants

The location: 5 minute walk along the beach to where you can rent sunbed. Bedroom was clean. Balcony furniture comfortable. Owner let me store luggage there as I arrived early.

Bathroom tiles very dirty. Fridge gets turned off when you leave room, so milk "off" in a day. Air con takes a long time to work. Cleaner left balcony door unlocked one day. Towels not replaced in 4 days. Constant wet puddle in front of toilet. Cannabis counter at the entrance to reception. Reception door broken one morning, had to climb out of a window. Should have been a kettle in the room: asked, & owner said "someone had borrowed it and I could have it tomorrow". The next day I asked again, he gave me it, when I asked for a cup/mug, he gave me his used beer glass & said I needed to wash it out! I didn't stay for my 4th night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chap who owned it was very kind & welcoming also the conservation helper was extremely helpful too. The A/C was very good, the beds were comfortable and the location was right next to the beach.
