Slightly tricky to find the parking as satnav took us to the wrong side of the building but once we figured that out it was easy

Excellent apartment in an impressive renovated Victorian(?) building. Very well appointed, all mod cons, everything very clean and in good condition. Nice views out over the moors. 10 mins walk from the local station
Nothing of any significance. The only slightly disappointment was the shower, which didn't have much pressure and difficult to get the temperature stable. And a chopping board would have been helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped apartment in a beautiful building. Very helpful owner. I was familiar with Birch Hill when it was a hospital and it is lovely to see this historic building brought back to life, with the original staircase preserved. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area

Loved that it offers more than a hotel room! I booked this for my son as I didn't like the idea of him living off cafes and takeaways for the duration of his course. My son loved the layout of the apartment, it has good wifi, and a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for hollingworth Lake, and if you're getting a train, the host is very nice and welcoming and makes sure your stay is ok for you. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much.
There was nothing my son didn't like, which is a huge thing for my son as he always normally has at least one negative thing to say about places we stay or go.

Hadn't realised that it was a residential let and not a hotel. But once we realised then it was fine.

The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. The views were very enjoyable and Frank was very attentive to all our needs.
Kitchen was missing oven mitts and instructions for appliances for those not familiar.

Beautiful building, and great views. The flat was modern and spaceous.
Just a few little things missing. Bathroom bin, and bin for recycling in the kitchen. Hangers for coats. Could easily be put in the utility cupboard. No light bulb in the utility cupboard, and spare bedding. A blanket would have been nice to put over me when I was in the lounge lying on the sofa. Feet get cold.
