Commentaire/Note: 24.10.23, Booking.com : Tu aimes les maisons historiques ? Nous te recommandons volontiers ce logement et son hôte, même pour des séjours plus longs ou pour plusieurs personnes. L'appartement est rénové avec beaucoup de savoir, avec style et prudence; avec un parc tout autour, avec une cuisine, tout est très propre, à proximité de la (superbe) vieille ville médiévale (7 min à pied), facilement accessible avec les transports publics (tram T2 depuis la gare jusqu'à la station Croix St. Pierre ou en voiture). Magasin à côté du tram T2 (10 min). Les lits sont confortables et pas trop durs, même pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de dos. Le propriétaire n'est pas toujours présent, tu seras donc peut-être seul dans cette grande maison. Mais il est joignable par téléphone, très aimable, serviable et donne son soutien. Demande un plan la 1ère fois, cela aide (**où sind les entrées/passage dans le jardin, **où entrer le code, **où les escaliers, **où déposer les clés de la maison, **où est la porte d'entrée à l'arrière de la maison). En cas de mauvais temps ou en hiver, l'hôte chauffera pour toi, tu seras bien. Bon séjour !

Warm reception from host, introduction to his family, advice for pre-24 Hour race activities

Breakfast foods were available in the kitchen for us to help ourselves to breakfast. The host was super-cordial and helped us to participate in the excitement during the days preceding the Le Mans 24 hours.

Everything was actually quite perfect.

incredible convient location, beautiful old building. Must be able to climb a lot of stairs.

the history of the old building. the location. spacious rooms. The gracious host who provided us with all kind of breakfast stuff.

the stairs! too many stairs that we weren’t quite aware of at the time of booking No balcony or terrace, top floor.

Fantastic appartment in old Le Mans

Jean-William was a great host, made our visit easy and very enjoyable.

Nothing really, you need to check in advance of arriving exactly how to find it as it is tucked away in old Le Mans but having done that we had no problems.

I liked this accommodate so much that I might stay there again despite the location not being ideal.

* Our suite/flat was very comfortable and included everything we'd need to feel welcome. * The grounds were pretty and the rooms were pleasant and quiet. * Overall the host's guidebook was very helpful in addition to informative and fun.

* Having more experience with the 24 du Mans, I might try to stay south of the center of the city next time as it can be hard to find a taxi late at night on the days before race. * The host's restaurant recommendations (in the guidebook) didn't highlight the best Le Mans had to offer.

very nice!

We had a super nice stay, and enjoyed the facilities. We were greeted by the very friendly host upon arrival, who told us about the history of the place and gave us many nice pieces of advice about the area. Can only recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again coming back to Le Mans!
