Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin and a ground-floor single with trundle bed, along with a bathroom, a lower-ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner with balcony, a lower-ground-floor utility, a sitting room with balcony and a basement sitting room. Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture. Create memories that will last a lifetime with a stay at 13 Above Town.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Netflix and BlueRay player, 3 x Smart TV's, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garden with lawn, patio, decked area and furniture. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub a mere 100 yards away. A garage, for a small car, is available for guests to use a short distance away but there is also a parking permit for use in the town centre car park in an unallocated space.
