Authentic renovated fisherman's house in the centre of Zandvoort at walking distance from the beach and the cosy shopping street.
The fisherman's house of 66m2 is one of the oldest houses of Zandvoort and is completely renovated. Here you still feel the atmosphere of the year 1850, but the comfort of today.
The location is very favourable, quiet in a side street of the shopping street, so all conveniences and cosiness around the corner and the North Sea only 50 metres away.
Romantic fisherman's house located in the old village centre of Zandvoort. The house is situated on a car-free and quiet side street of Zandvoort's shopping street. The beach is around the corner, only 50 meters walking.
The house dates from 1850 and has been a residential property for 25 years. Before this time it was a shop, where the greengrocer and upholstery ladies sold their merchandise.
The wooden beams on the second floor were washed up on the beach at Zandvoort and come from a shipwreck.
As it was in earlier times, the bathroom is also on the ground floor, where there is also a toilet. For the convenience of modern times, there is an extra toilet on the second floor.
Next to the house you can sit in the sun, with on your left a view of the church.

What an amazing experience. The weather wasn’t exactly the best but we really had a relaxing time at the house. The house is center of town so everything was a two minute walk from there. I would recommend staying here. Great facilities and clean.

We stayed a week in January at Casa by Sellas. It‘s only a very short walk to the sea or to all the nearby restaurants an shops. The cozy appartment offered everything we needed. We had a great time. Thank you!

Great cottage apartment, very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Super location, close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood (we were here in February). We would love to come here again!
