This condo was awesomely equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation for a family of six. A beach wagon to pull toys, towels and sunscreen on a short walk to the ocean! Five stars to the homeowner!

We love the setting in Forest Ridge and this unit is wonderful. Beautiful placement on the property, well appointed, extremely clean and quiet. A quick walk to the beach and looks like a nature preserve. We'll be back A+++++

Check-in was easy. We expected more visitor parking to be available and closer to the condo in which we stayed but everything worked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, with an easy 5 min walk to the beach.

The refrigerator did not work properly and smelled of fish. The dryer did not work properly until maintenance fixed it. The AC took 48 hours to catch up once we checked in. Very well decorated and comfortable condo. There is a nosy neighbor. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable but the pics and description make you expect more. Some of the furniture had tape on it to cover up rips, the dryer took 2+ hours to dry anything. Great location and community, just a little disappointed with actual rental

This rental property was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures online. The beds were larger than they appeared in the owners pictures. Kitchen is missing a few large pots, but still came well equipped with kitchen tools. There is no grill on the back deck, but there were charcoal grills in the park area. The backyard and short walk to the pool and beach made this vacation rental a new favorite.

My family of 6 had the most relaxing week. We felt safe because the home was so clean and we were able to cook and walk to the beach and hang out with just our family. The beach chairs and towels were perfect and we used the beach cart every day. The soft white sand and soothing ocean were just what we needed. What are you waiting for? Book now!

We stayed at this property for a family wedding. The condo is well-appointed, in a great location close to the beach and shopping. It's comfortable and well-appointed, with a pool right across the parking lot. Truly a gem that we look forward to enjoying in the future. Thank you!

The property is tired. It’s in a great location. When we checked in they gave us a placard to hang from our car rearview. We had two days left of our vacation and someone else was parking in our spot. When we called we were told to park in the visitor spot. The kitchen is nice the appliances were great the living room needs different furniture. It’s not comfortable. They didn’t give us any beach towels and didn’t alert us that we needed to bring them. I was turning the light off in the bathroom by the shower and brushed against the towel rack and it fell apart. They went cheap on the toilet paper To the point where we went and bought our own. Somebody had previously broken couch leg in the back right. I went to sit on the couch and fell backwards. We asked for late check out and were told that was just fine for 1215. We went out for brunch came back at 11:50 and we’re locked out of the apartment and in a rush to get to the airport. It’s got potential but it needs work on the furniture.
