"The Arlington Cottage" is an elegant Air BNB located in the Historic 11th Street District in Dubuque, Iowa. Within walking distance to Loras College as well as other amenities. With three bedrooms, two and a half baths The Arlington Cottage allows for large groups to stay in comfort and style! Stayed here with some team mates for races in town. The space was as advertised and shown in the listing. Spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to hang in the house itself because the common spaces were pretty comfy!

This house was very cozy for our family vacation and a great spot to relax after a long day of adventuring. The house had everything that we needed and the kids loved playing ping pong!

Decent property. Could have been cleaner (dirty sock left on the bed from previous renter, floor was not swept very well, etc...) No Kleenex in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, not bad.

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures! It's clean and spacious and everyone enjoyed it. We came into town for the Field of Dreams Baseball tournament. It is only a short 30 minute drive to Dyersville for the Field of Dreams. The house is in a nice location and you can easily walk to the downtown area and enjoy all that Dubuque has to offer. We would definitely recommend this house and stay there again if we are in the area!

This house was just perfect. It is centrally located and you could easily walk to downtown -- Charlotte's, warehouse district, etc. -- and walk back. (Though, to be fair, the house is up a hill, so a ride back could be wise, especially after spending time at Dolph's, Back Pocket, etc.) The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculate, and the games downstairs provided some great release while we waited for people to get ready to go out. In addition, the house has possibly the best shower of any rental on VRBO. The owners were EXTREMELY accommodating and were easily accessible. I had mistakenly booked a day earlier than I anticipated, and they worked with me to get things squared away the day I intended to arrive, but the day after I had booked the house. One of the best experiences I've had with an owner, by far. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! That said, one thing to be aware of: the stairs inside the house are a little narrow. Easy enough to get up and down, but something to be aware of.

This place was amazing and everything we needed. The location is perfect! We were walking distance from Loras College. The view from the deck was just what we needed. The space is open and definitely made our stay away from home more homey. The decor was great as well. Each detail was great!

Such a cute neighborhood! The house was unique architecture as are all the houses in the neighborhood. The house was really well updated and the flow of the rooms along with the fireplaces made it a perfect stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We wanted to do a friends ski trip to Sundown Mountain, this house was the perfect spot for all of us! It was spacious and comfortable. After we got back from skiing and were all SO tired, hanging out in the basement was just what we needed. Would recommend!!

Kids loved the basement and all the games!!! Great place to unwind after Christmas! We loved walking downtown to get donuts! Will stay again for sure!

This location was perfect for us to visit our family. The space is comfortable with multiple places to gather. The open kitchen to TV room and dinning space allowed making a family dinner a nice experience. The basement space was great to watch TV/movie while having an activity playing ping pong. Walking downtown was easy too. Would book again.

We traveled to Dubuque for a weekend getaway with our kids. This house was perfect for us. The layout was great, the kids used the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom, the middle floor was used by all and the basement bedroom/bathroom was perfect for my wife and I. The basement also has a gameroom that was used by all. The location was great, very close to downtown. Also very close to Loras College, my kid and I walked there one evening. We will be staying here again!

We just spent 3 days at this lovely, roomy VRBO and found it to be relaxing and fun. The space on the main level is wonderful for hanging out, cooking, and gathering. The lower level allows you to finish the day with a ping pong or foosball tourney! And we loved the patio in back for happy hour!!!

This house was perfect for us and close to everything! It was clean and spacious. We had fun making meals and playing games, watching movies and playing ping pong and also enjoyed going to the farmers market, the River Walk, tasting wines and doing some shopping in Galena.

Great house in a great location. Very comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen was nice as were appliances. Only note is if you plan on cooking a meal, especially for a small group, may need to bring a few extra pots/pans of baking dishes. All and all great property and will absolutely stay again.

My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights and it could not have worked out better. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. A very nice design esthetic that was welcoming as soon as we walked in. Jeremy was very responsive to requests and needs as they came up. I highly recommend this property.

We used this property as a place for our wedding party and their spouses to stay the weekend of our wedding. The house was beautiful and VERY clean!! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get ready. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Awesome Getaway with Friends

We had 4 adults get together at the cottage for a friends getaway. The cottage was very clean. Very nice, well stocked, comfy beds. We enjoyed the game room and had many ping pong moments. Great fun! Foosball table was fun too, but a bit difficult on “old” knees! We visited the museum of the Mississippi, wineries, breweries, and some sightseeing. Great restaurants in the vacinity, and made some of our own meals. While we were there there was a snowstorm and the snow was promptly cleared that night! Even up the steps and the deck. Host is very gracious and prompt to respond to questions! All in all an excellent trip and we will rent this house again if we’re back in the area! Thanks !!!!
