This listing is for all of the Bed and Breakfast rooms and common spaces, which includes 3 suites with a total of 4 queen beds plus a very nice Flexsteel sleeper in 5 individual bedrooms, for a total capacity of 10 adults (children are very welcome), 3 full bathrooms, and the guest kitchen that seats 9, in addition to a common area for gathering, games, just hitting the couch and watching a movie, along with a more formal dining area, plus cafe seating on the porch and outside dining under the pergola. Each bathroom includes a 2 person jacuzzi tub, a 2 person air-massage tub, or a jetted shower massage panel. The guest kitchen has recently been updated with a new stove/oven in addition to the recently new fridge & dishwasher, and is exclusively for your use during your stay. This home was a great choice for our group of six, ages 23 to 85. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fitted out with everything we needed. A truly special stay in a lovingly restored historic home.

I absolutely loved the decor!!! And so did our kids, especially the bath tub. It was plenty big for our family, because we have a big family! It had everything we needed.

This is a very well maintained old house (maybe 100+ years old). I loved the original things that were left in the house although much of it was very nicely updated. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were all recently updated. Great neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Didn’t personally stay but booked for out of town guests. They stated it was spacious, clean, and met the needs of adults and kids. Thank you to the owners for their great communication leading up to the visit.

We came down with 8 adults and this place was perfect for our needs. The location is great to get to the marina and casinos quickly. The place was extremely clean, comfy beds, and we loved the porches for visiting. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend staying here.

A perfect location to celebrate a family event. Love the historic neighborhood, and the very old house that had updated bathrooms and kitchen, the important rooms for updating! The rest of the house was roomy and comfortable, and Jeremy was the perfect host with rapid responses to any inquiry that I had made of him. Perhaps we will return one day?

Stayed at this big, beautiful home for Loras graduation. SO much better than staying at a hotel. Tons of space, made meals, played games and had the best time. We love Dubuque and all the unique, historical homes and it was fun to stay in one! Wish we had done this the last several years and not waited until my daughter graduated! Highly recommend!!

Huge historical house was perfect for 10 of us.

The tubs were amazing, but beware the suites are a little bit away from the rest of the house so our children didn't feel safe sleeping that far from us in a new place and ended upstairs with us. The weather turned so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor area, however the location was perfect for seeing the sights.

This place was a phenomenal stay. The location was beautiful, surrounded by trees and historical homes. Walkable to downtown if you don’t mind the hills and close to Loris College. The bedroom were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a lovely touch and the backyard was huge. The porch was our favorite place to sit with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful historic home
We planned this thinking our young adult children, and other family would join us. The house is a grand old mansion near the hospital in a neighborhood full of other beautiful old homes and near downtown. The back yard has plenty of room for kids to use the big bin full of toys by the back door.
Since the family didn't join us - it turned into a great setting for a romantic get away! Thank you!

Such a neat property
This property was perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone to have their own area and a big living/dining room for hanging out and playing games! The location was close to the family we were visiting. The hosts were extremely accommodating! Worth the stay!

We had a great time!
We had a group of 8. The place is big and had lots of room for all of us to spread out. There were lots of games and movies for entertainment. My niece loved the big bathtub in the bathroom. We had a great time. It would have been nice if there was a bigger pot in the kitchen for making spaghetti for our big group (We had to use two smaller pots). A 9 1/2 x 11 pan would have been good too. The house is in a neighborhood with lots of old historic houses so it was fun to take a walk around the neighborhood to check out all of the houses. We all talked about coming back next year and staying at the same place if it is available.

Great stay!
This was a wonderful place for our family of four to share with another family of three. Plenty of space and privacy! The wii and abundance of games provided were much appreciated. Loved the soaker tubs and overall just a nice, spacious cozy place to stay!
