Enjoy this cozy ground level apartment across the street from the historic Waynesville Country Club that's convenient to Hazelwood, downtown Waynesville, and Frog Level! You'll have the entire unit to yourself with all the comforts of home. The space includes a full size stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware. A cozy seating area on the attached 2nd story deck is available for your use. High speed internet and cable tv are included as well. Well behaved pups are welcome!

It has easy access to restaurants and major highways to find your way around. It was quiet, clean and secure. A very comfortable place after putting in full days at the gourd festival.

The apartment was very cozy and clean however the first time the bathroom was used it clogged and started to overflow until my husband turned off the water. We called and the owner came out immediately to fix. Our first night there one of the long term tenants called the owner to complain they heard a loud crash in the apartment and the owner should check it out. Second night the same tenant complained that we were smoking in the apartment of which neither myself or my husband smokes. So due to the noisy neighbor we will not come back to this location.

I have now stayed at two of their units. Both of them very comfortable. This one I loved the most. Very cozy. Everything I needed. I didn’t really need the heater but it’s very powerful. I turned it on for a couple of minutes and it warmed the whole place up Close to the hikes and downtown. I had a little issue and they were very responsive. I will definitely stay here multiple times as I hike in the Smokies. Thank you

Excellent communication with Bri and Tom. Disappointed golf course had recently gone private. Usually our focus is hiking, location great for that. Property was very clean and neighborhood felt safe. Easy distance to shops and dining.

You never know if you will get what you see in listings and I can tell you, this one is perfect! It is a well thought out and nicely decorated space. It was perfect for me and my dog as we needed a space to stay to compete in a nearby AKC event. The apartment was CLEAN with no smell issues as a previous guest claimed and I have an issue with allergies! Super convenient to everything and a nice view right out the door of the golf course and a line of mountains. Great place to walk the dog too! The apartment has a nicely equipped kitchen and the dog treat tub was a welcoming touch. Highly recommend! A+++

This listing was not at all what was advertised. Inside was as described but had a very foul odor when we entered. The outside was all grown up with weeds and trash cans right in drive. The view was not of the golf course. It was of storage containers and a building blocking any view at all. We texted the owners and told them we could not stay there. They agreed to refund half our money only and we have not seen a cent of it. They said they would go on the app and fix the link to get our refund but still nothing.

Overall we really enjoyed out stay. The unit is clean and cute with most of what you would need. Bed is very comfortable but small. It was a bit tight for me and my husband (he is 6'2"/230lbs). The location is wonderful! Close to good food and shopping with a nice view of mountains. Quiet neighboorhood with plent of room to walk our dogs.

Everything was good here except that there was a very strong perfume smell that I finally isolated to a plug in thing which I removed and put in a drawer for the remainder of my stay. I’d stay here again, for sure.

I went so I could be close to my husband and son who were at Camp Daniel Boone for Boy Scout Camp. My daughter at the last minute asked if she could go to. Of course I said yes. It had everything we needed. Literally everything other properties didn’t supply and I brought, this property had. The owners were communicative, understanding, and helpful.
