Enjoy this cozy studio apartment across the street from the historic Waynesville Country Club that's convenient to shopping and dining in Hazelwood, downtown Waynesville, and Frog Level!

You'll take the exterior staircase to a cozy porch where you'll find the door to your private space. Enter with keyless access to find a goodie basket and welcome booklet filled with helpful suggestions to make the most of your visit.

The studio is complete with a comfy double size bed, efficiency stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and silverware. Cooking your favorite meal is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. All linens towels and bathing products are provided to make you as comfortable as possible.

Watch your favorite shows or catch up on a little work with highspeed internet and cable tv. Relax after a long day by sitting on the deck with your favorite beverage to enjoy the songbirds and mountain views.

You have access to convenient off-street parking with space #98 in front of the building. We have some landscaping work in progress and renovations to our downstairs unit post Hurricane Helene that will be wrapping up soon.
