About this house rental
We have finished totally renovating our home, from the studs out, with new walls, doors, cabinets, furniture, hot tub, etc, after hurricane Helene. We are hosting our first guests on 11-7-24. We're back and better than before!
Our home is nestled along the serene shores of a picturesque lagoon in the highly coveted OZONA and is perfect for a romantic vacation for 2 or a family of 10. Mere minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine splendor of Honeymoon Island State Park, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach.
This tropical paradise offers an year round heated pool, jacuzzi and fire pit.
Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 queens and 1 king. Kitchen, family room with fireplace, and hardwood floors except the bedrooms.
Downstairs features a queen room, bath, pull out sofa bed, family room, garage with washer and dryer inside it.
The backyard features a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and dock.
Pets are allowed... though, you are responsible for cleaning up after them!!
World class golf is 10 minutes away at Innisbrook Golf Resort... where they host a PGA tournament. Plus many other golf course are close by. The area also has pickleball and tennis courts.

Another wonderful stay at this property. Everything was on point and excellent! House was clean and comfortable, all amenities were in working order. Kids had a great time using the kayaks, pool was refreshing and inviting. Can’t say one negative thing. We will be back.

10 family members in town for Wedding Celebration (ages 4 to 73) raved all weekend about the fabulous accomodations - from location to pool to kayaks to home layout, etc., etc. Will definitely return whenever visiting kin folk in Clearwater. Thank you…

Location was awesome and walking trail very nice. Downstairs bedroom needs to be uodated but the home was very nice and all had a great time.

We are a family of 7 on spring break and this was the perfect location and home. The pool and spa were awesome and very clean. The dock was great for launching the Kayaks which come with the home. The kitchen is well equipped and the location in 5 minutes from the beaches. Highly recommended this home for your family.

We had an amazing stay at this perfect property. Everything was clean, operational, and on point. Teen daughter and her friend enjoyed kayaking, the hot tub and pool. All of the spaces, living rooms, bedrooms, baths, kitchen, deck, patio and dock were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. I really can't say enough good things about it. You are guaranteed to enjoy.

We had such a wonderful time for our 2nd straight summer! The backyard is where we spent most of the week and it is paradise. When not at the pool, we were 10 minutes away at Honeymoon or Caladesi Island. The owner and property manager are very quick to respond with any questions. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you!

This was the perfect house for our two families to spend vacation in. Everything went great and could not have asked for better hosts.

Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and we made plenty of memories with our family! Everything was way more better as I expected. Our last night there was a Friday night we were enjoying our night out back and being very quiet at 9:30 pm and Ofcourse encountered the very rude neighbors next door flashing their lights telling us to shut off lights outside and go inside to bed. By all means the noise level was low but when we refused to go inside the started taking pics of everyone. What that was suppose to do I have no clue they had no permission to take our pics! The told us the cops were coming. They went inside and continued taking pics threw their blinds. I’m. We paid enough for this house they were not going to tell us when to go to bed. Other than that everything was perfect!! Would rent again even with the cranky neighbors! When sent a message to the hosts they were very promptly responding and very sincere! Thank you for a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time. This place is close to beaches and shopping. The house was very nice. Neighbors complained about noise in the middle of a weekday afternoon. Large pool and outdoor area.

We rented this home for a family wedding at the Fenway. The location was perfect and the house offered everything! A great week full of fun with our family and the property offers it all! Great pool, hot tub and dock for the fisherman in the group! Centrally located to great restaurants, a short drive to Clearwater beach and downtown Dunedin is charming! The house had everything we needed, plenty of pots and pans and the outdoor kitchen was amazing for a few nights of family barbecues! Lori was fantastic and was always a text away! If I am ever in the area again this is definitely a place I would stay again!

This was a great property. The heated pool and hot tub were great for a cooler winter stay. A few nights were fairly cold, so we were even able to use the wood burning fireplace, which is a rare feature for Florida.
The location of the home is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, but close to local restaurants and honeymoon island. The property owners were also very helpful and responsive when we had any issues.

My wife and 5 girlfriends went to your beautiful home and celebrated her birthday. Everything was perfect. Your home m, the location, the pool/hot tub, the closeness to shopping and restaurants. They couldn’t have asked for more. They’re already thinking about going back ag.

Close to some beautiful beaches and plenty of space and indoor/outdoor seating areas for a large group! Katie is also prompt and helpful in her communication. We loved our stay! Just be careful of mosquitoes or little bugs outdoors near water :)

We had such a wonderful week at this property. Less than 10 minute drive to Honeymoon Island beach where we spent every morning then back to the backyard oasis. Easy and quick communication with the owners and any minor issues were resolved asap. We would absolutely return again. Thank you!!

This house had everything we hoped for and more! We were thrilled to find the umbrella and chairs for the beach! Our kids spent a majority of their time in the pool and loved having floaties to play with. The adults really enjoyed the hot tub. Lots of common areas so our group had room to spread out, or gather together. We cooked at the house several days and the outdoor grill and bar area was so convenient! Beautiful and very clean! We did not want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has all the amenities you’d want, especially a nice pool and hot tub for those warm summer days. It was also great to find a complete outdoor kitchen/grill.
The kitchen was well stocked and beds were reasonably comfortable.
The location is great, centered in an older neighborhood. There are fun restaurants a short walk away and a nice family ice cream shop as well.
Owners we’re great and allowed us to stay a few hours extra as we had later flights. Highly recommended!

Great place for family outing
Great place for the family on our beach vacation. Good for all ages and pool was a great way to cool off and hang out. House was great and worked great for our large group. Hosts accommodated Adults to a toddler and infant. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing Property and Owners
The owners have gone above and beyond to provide all the amenities needed to stay at this amazing property. The house is super clean and located in the perfect spot to have access to the great locations nearby. The owners communication is fast and friendly and had no issues that weren't easily taken care of, We will definitely be staying at this property again in the future.

Family wedding homestead
My family and I were in Florida for a family wedding in Clearwater. The Ozona house was a perfect place for us to stay, travel to the wedding, visit beautiful beaches and enjoy ourselves in the pool and backyard. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners responded quickly with communication and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would recommend this house to other family and friends!

Great place and location but rude neighbors!

I didn’t want to say anything negative but need to be honest with future renters. I would want to know. IF you are a loud or large group or family, this IS NOT the place for you! The neighbors are extremely rude! Vacation is normally late nights and enjoying your company. Unfortunately even though you have hot tub and pool you need to be extremely quite fairly early.
As far as sleeping and rooms, upstairs is great! Downstairs bedroom is part of an old garage or basement and not comfortable. READ description and reviews well.

Beautiful
We stayed at the house for a week with a combination of three families with kids. The house and scenery was amazing. The only issues we had was one neighbor that complained several times about us talking outside by the fire. The owner of the house was very nice in dealing with the situation.

Ozana!
House was clean and pictures were accurate. Screened in porches were very nice to have morning coffee and watch sunsets. Some amenities in outside yard did not work but owner worked to resolve them.
Neighborhood was very nice and close to stores and restaurants.
Overall nice place to stay.

Terrific communication with the owners, beautiful property lacking nothing, clean, wonderfully decorated, pool and lagoon pier were fantastic. If you are looking for a top notch rental in this area, this is it.

Fun in the sun
The house worked perfectly for our stay. There was ample room for everyone to do as they please. Katherine responded quickly to our questions. You are close to several cities and the bike/walk was a plus. House was amply stocked.

Beautiful Property, Great Location!
This property was wonderful, and our family enjoyed it very much.
The home was bright and clean, lots of space and comfortable furniture indoor as well as excellent outdoor features. Home amenities were clean, useful, and practical. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels/beach towels and functional chairs for the beach which we appreciated. We had parking for both rental vehicles and the neighborhood felt safe and secure.
Communication with the host was incredibly easy and the couple of questions we had were answered very promptly.
The area had lots to offer! It was very easy to make our way to state parks, beaches, shopping, excellent food and even the mermaid show in Weeki Wachee Springs (my daughters - 9 & 11- loved it)!
I would recommend this home to others; we visit Florida every year and this was one of my favorite stays.
