Location couldn't be more perfect for this property! Steps from Pop Stensel Park, 1 block from a fishing pier, Pinellas Bike Trail, and few blocks away from local restaurant and bars. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, home boasts many upgrades such as extra-large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, commercial size Kenmore refrigerator, wood cabinets and granite countertops. Open living room comfortable seating. High Chair and baby gate available for guests with young kids. Downstairs bonus room with a separate bathroom offers plenty or space for a game or move night event with direct access to the backyard and pool. Beautiful, private back yard with a heated pool creates an amazing retreat and oasis with Weber gas grill. House is located on a quiet street with only 4 homes on it with plenty of privacy and no traffic. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the park just down the street, the many local festivals and the laid back Florida living.

The master has a King size bed and TV with attached bathroom that has a shower. There is another bedroom has a full size bed with a twin size pullout trundle underneath, it has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub. The next bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with Roku, it has an attached bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is also an additional inflatable queen bed for use. The upstairs living area has a 55" Smart TV with cable. The lower level entertainment area has twin size day bed with twin trundle underneath, large sectional couch, horseshoe bench and table to play cards/games, large TV with Roku foosball and a bar. Free Wi-Fi included. Four bikes available to use. Paddles boards are available for rent at the park across the street.

Loved the way it felt as if you were away from the crowds, but so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Playground nearby would be great for the kids. Great accommodations and 5 star property managers for sure.

The property was great. Location was great, park across the street for my granddaughters to play in. Private, heated pool. Only had one issue during the week and the owner had someone out to fix it in less than one hour. Overall a great vacation place.

Great house, amazing with preteen and teenaged kids. Heated pool, foosball, and fantastic downstairs for them to hang out in. Location is great too, across street from a park and short walk to Pinellas Trail for biking and walking/running.

Overall great place and property, garage doors has to be fixed, bedding can be improved. Everything was there in the kitchen, clean house and great response from the host. Enjoyed staying at the property.

Twelve of us (six adults and six children including one infant) stayed here for a week. The house and pool area are in need of a little TLC, but overall this is a very nice property. It was spacious enough for our group and we really appreciated the four bathrooms. It is located in a nice neighborhood with several fun restaurants within walking. In cooler weather, the kids would have loved the nearby park. The proximity to Honeymoon Island beach and Clearwater beach is very convenient. Scott was very attentive and answered all our questions quickly. We would stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay and Scot was always very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of bed linens/towels(indoor & pool). Pool area was great and we used it almost daily. The house could use a bit of a refresh but it certainly did not impede our stay. Great location with park at the end of the street for kids and walkable to downtown Palm Harbor.

We loved the salt water pool! Spent a lot of time there. The u-shape table made playing games easier. Location was on a quiet road we could enjoyed riding bikes on. Everything was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking needs. Plenty of plates, cups and silverware. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away.

The house is located on a nice quiet street. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you need. The pool area was great and very clean. The only downside to the house is the steps inside are steep and tile so caution needed. Also the outside steps and railing are very slippery in the morning when wet with dew. Just caution needed not necessarily a deal breaker at all. Close drive to beaches and Tampa, highly recommend the trip to honeymoon island.

Great spot. Lots to do. House in fair shape. Not for old people. Pool deck coming apart in places. Inside stair case is steep. only 1 hand rail. No Closets, Ants, Bad in kitchen area. Had to do some of my own cleaning. All in all I give this place a 3 out of 5 plus no safety rails in any bathroom. For the young people Great place !!!!!

This property was extremely nice! The owners were always a text away when we needed something or had a question. The home is accommodating to all age groups we were happy yo see they offered baby essentials such as a high chair, stroller, and walker. The park across the street was a hit for our family as well. If we are ever back in the area we will book this property again!

Scott's property is ideally situated for privacy, access to restaurants and trips to Honeymoon Island. The pool was the focal point for our family of 11. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen, the lower level entertainment room and the playground across the street.

We stayed here for a week with 11 people- the location is great. So many restaurants, bars and brewery’s near by. The drive to Dunedin was so easy and so was Clearwater. The park down the block from the house was great for the kids and we did SUP each morning. The communication with the owners was amazing, so attentive. Thanks for making our family getaway memorable.

Nice property and location. The pool and playhouse was a huge hit with kids. We had a few clitches, but the owners were quick to respond. The only thing that would have made the stay any better is if we would of gotten the air conditioner downstairs to work and a separate trash can for recycling. Also the noseem bugs around the pool will eat you up! But, we would definitely stay here again!!!

We were very pleased with the property and hosts. Excellent and responsive communication from Scott. The pool was exactly what we needed for morning swim & post-beach dip at night. Safe for small kids, lots of space for teenagers to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet—playground right across the street. Loved the on site laundry machines, giant Bluetooth speaker for pool time, and mega fridge. Great Proximity to multiple beaches. Easy run to get groceries too. Win-win for family or multi-family get away.

I'm not in the habit of writing reviews. That being said, I must make an exception to the Palm Harbor FL home. JUST AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, and WARM home to spend 5 days in the Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater FL area. I rented the Palm Harbor home for myself and 3 Veterans to spend the Memorial Day weekend SCUBA diving on the Circle of Heroes Underwater Veteran Memorial. The Palm Harbor home was much better than described on VRBO because we were able to experience its cleanliness and comfort. The 4 adult males traveling to Palm Harbor each had our own bathroom and bedroom. Have I mentioned how clean the home is? I can't say enough about the cleanliness. We used the finely appointed kitchen only for breakfast before going SCUBA diving. The clean kitchen has everything you need; just remember to stop at Publix to get your eating supplies. Each of the 4 travelers were very grateful for the comfort level of each of the beds; sheets were soft and the pillows were wonderful. We greatly enjoyed gathering in the upstairs family room with the incredibly comfortable sofa and love seat. The AC in the home worked exceptionally well on the 5 hot days we stayed in Palm Harbor. We did not get a chance to use the in-ground pool in the back yard, but it looked extremely inviting. The Palm Harbor home is conveniently located to some exceptional restaurants within walking distance (if you enjoy walking); including Thirsty Marlin and the Coolside Gelato Bar in the Florida Ave and 11th street area of Palm Harbor. I wholeheartedly recommend this Palm Harbor home. I look forward to the day when I can revisit this home for another vacation adventure. This house exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, spacious and accommodating! More than enough room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors as well as spaces for privacy. Kitchen had everything you could want or need to host a gathering of your house guests, with the tools to do so. The host was readily available and superseded our requests with speed and accuracy. We will definitely vacation here again!
