Peaceful! Comfortable! Serene! Serenity by the Sea offers all that & much more! This lovely one-bedroom condo has been recently updated and is tastefully decorated in a tranquil Caribbean theme. As you arrive at the Club St. Croix Condominium complex you are greeted with a well-manicured lawn and vibrant island flowers. From the parking lot, just eight steps up on the second floor, Serenity by the Sea awaits you! Be ready to be taken away as you step in the front door as the condos' atmosphere provides a "home" feeling right away. As you enter, you are stepping into the open layout of the condo where the kitchen, dining area and living room are.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new full size appliances: dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and a double combo coffee maker for you coffee lovers. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils for any meal preparation. Whether you prepared a meal or came back to the condo with takeout, you have the choice of dining at the kitchen counter, dining table (just off the kitchen) or in the open air of the shaded balcony. There is a Murphy bed in the main room (for additional 2 guests to sleep). The living room area is furnished with a sofa, love seat, and end tables & a flat screen Smart TV (w/ cable or live streaming capabilities)
The shaded balcony has a panoramic view of the bay, the ocean, and the Christiansted Harbor to the Northeast, with Buck Island in the distance. While you can enjoy a nice sea breeze with the doors open, the condo is also fully air conditioned and has bright white tile floors throughout. It is very easy to get comfortable in the open layout area of the condo and forget the bedroom exists. The bedroom is large with a king size bed (w/ a new Casper mattress), dresser, nightstand, and a chest of drawer - enough space for and your company to comfortably unpack. There is a full bath with a walk in shower (can be accessed from either the bedroom or hallway). The condo also has complimentary WiFi.
Whilst it may be hard to leave Serenity by the Sea once you've checked in, be sure to visit the beauties of the island! On the complex, Club St. Croix's sandy beach is on a calm bay that is protected from high waves by a coral reef. On windy days, windsurfers and kiteboarders can often be seen skimming over the bay's smooth waters. Bring your reading material and snorkel gear! There are tiki huts with lounge chairs. The ocean bottom near the beach has sea grass where smaller fish and baby sea turtles hide, and rays and flounders nestle into the ocean floor. 150 yards up the beach to the West, you can snorkel in 12ft of water over a tire reef spying on several dozen varieties of colorful tropical fish. Club St. Croix Condo complex also has a nice pool and hot tub area that looks out over the bay.
After all the relaxing, adventure island touring, food dining, do you still have room for a little exercising? Great! There are Pickle ball and tennis courts on site. Local pick up games are during the week and there are paddles and balls in the condo for guest use.
St. Croix is a very quiet island with polite drivers and light traffic. There are no high rise hotels or resorts. Whether you are relaxing at the beach or browsing in Christiansted, you won't be bothered by large crowds. You can truly “get away from it all.” Cruise ships visit the Frederiksted Pier once or twice per week from January-March. Downtown Christiansted has the amazing restaurants and shopping. Two grocery stores and a bank with an ATM are within a 5 minute drive (10-15 minute walk). The airport is a 15-20 minute drive, Cane Bay is 25 minutes, and Frederiksted is 20-25 minutes.
All in all, if you are in need of a quick getaway, visit St. Croix (no passport needed) and stay at Serenity by the Sea; we promise you its worth it!

Club St. Croix had all the amenities we could ask for. Beautiful view from the condo, Lap pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the beach. There is even a bar and restaurant. I have been to the island before and stayed in the same vicinity. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but does not hinder the property of Club St. Croix. I love the short drive to the Christiansted pier. The location is great. I will be back.

Our stay was very nice. Would’ve liked a few pantry items such as salt & pepper. We did purchase that plus ketchup & left in unit. We’re a lot of little tiny bugs on kitchen counters & in jar with sweetner for coffee. All in all was very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view off patio. Unit was well stocked, plenty of linens, coffee maker, air fryer/toaster oven & good appliances.
Wonderful welcome gift with fresh donuts and Rum😉.
We had a island power outage for better part of a day after our arrival and the response was impressive..
Very accommodating with a local management company right there for any need.
We look forward to booking a return trip as soon as 2025 calendar opens.

The property and unit are very beautiful, location on the beach is wonderful. Unit was very clean and well equipped and the customer service we received from the agency was stellar! The area was quiet. Thank you so much for providing a small cooler and plastic containers , we made great use for picnics on the beach. Thank you for hosting!

The condo is nicer than the listing. It was spotlessly clean. The bath towels were several steps above the standard rental towels. The bed was comfortable with a mattress topper. Laurel from the rental company was a delight to work with. I wish all my rentals had a person like Laurel in charge. They also left us a box of freshly baked local goodies which were delicious and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice and spacious property with extra conveniences like beach chairs, cooler, ice packs, coffee, and creamers. Nice balcony. Could use a colander and a measuring cup. Very happy we stayed here. Learned a new sport- pickle ball - there are 4 courts on property.

Very professionally managed property. Felt like a combo of condo plus some nice features you find in a hotel. A lot of thoughtful touches like a brand new coffee pot, new air fry/toaster oven, dishwasher was great so we didn’t spend time washing dishes. And things like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Kleenex, coffee creamer, etc. We have stayed in other places that didn’t have these things. It was sparkling clean. Nicely outfitted kitchen including stemmed wine glasses, glass bar ware, and nice pottery plates. Nicely decorated with Beach theme. It was so pleasant! We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the evening. Nice beach, great chef in the on-site restaurant. We took advantage of the grocery service and it was awesome having food and drinks in the refer when we arrived. We will definitely be back! We even played pickle ball for the first time! It was quiet and very relaxing. Just a mile from Christiansted, which we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this property and travel to St Croix. We won’t go back to St Thomas after enjoying the friendly people, stunning beaches, and less crowds in St Croix!

The unit was as advertised, and very nicely appointed. One setback was that the coffee maker didn't brew the k-cup properly, and made a big mess. Other Tham that minor issue, it was a perfect stay. I would recommend, and stay here again.

The unit was 5 mins from historic Christensted which was great for going out. There was a restaurant on site but we did not eat there. The complex was well maintained and though it was not gated there was security. The unit was perfect for 2 people. Clean and the management company was great with communication. We would definitely rent this unit again..

Everything about our home away from home for the week was truly stunning. We chose this property because it was centrally located and we were completely satisfied. All of the appliances worked fine the air conditioner was very much needed. We enjoyed several meals out on the patio.
My husband and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary, we entered the condo and we’re surprised with balloons, a Happy Anniversary message, welcome pastries and a bottle of wine chilling in the refrigerator.

Watching the Crucian sunrises from the Jacuzzi was unforgettable.
Snorkeling at Buck Island, Hotel on the Cay, Cane Bay and Rainbow Beach was breathtaking. Seeing all of the beautiful fish was breathtaking. It was like being in a giant fish tank.
All of the locals we encountered were extremely friendly and everyone greets you throughout the day.
We toured Fort Fredriksted, drove up to Point Udall and saw many other places in between.
We happened upon the Mutiny Vodka Distillery at Sion Farms. We tried the conch fritters, which were excellent and also bought a few bottles of their vodka.
The only disappointment was when it was time to check out of “Serenity by the Sea”. We definitely plan to return.

Very Comfortable
Comfortable and well situated condo. Nice grounds and restaurant/bar on site. Don was very helpful with preparing us for our trip to the USVI. Highly recommend this as a place to hang your hat. Looking forward to staying here again.

The location of this unit made it easy for us to visit the pier, shops, and the Hotel on the Cay beach. The site beach is okay to soak up the sun and breeze but not for us to swim. It would have been nice to have thicker curtains in the living room because the morning sunshine challenged my son who slept in the living room bed. Overall…great stay!

The listing is just as described and so are the pictures. The whole place was super clean when we arrived and the bed was the most comfortable. The back porch had a great view and we spent alot of time out there. The only thing I didn't love was the pool being right next to the resturant, but it was such a minor thing is didn't bother our trip or activities at all. We could just open the sliding door and the strong winds kept the room cool all day (and you could hear and smell the ocean+++). The beach was kept neat and the snorkeling was amazing out a little ways to the Reef. We really had everything right on site and never needed to leave. We walked down town twice and it only took us about 15 minutes. Thanks to the owners for an unforgettable place to stay duing and unforgettable trip. You truly made it special!

Great location and view, easy parking. Very nice owners. Property NOT described accurately. Everything we got indicated a newly renovated, updated unit. The cabinets are peeling (kitchen & bathroom both. plastic laminated), the microwave didn't work properly with part of the face missing, all the trying pans were unusable. Broken door handles to patio with the sliding door not working properly. The property manager was to replace the microwave on Wednesday after we got there. 3 Wednesdays later, still no word from him. My husband slept on the couch because the bed sunk when he tried to sleep there (200#) for three.weeks. I looked under the bathroom sink and couldn't store anything it was so dirty. The kitchen sink disposal doesn't work and the property management doesn't want them to replace it as the waste management system can't handle them. That's ok - but it stunk so bad. We bought drain cleaner & a plunger and my husband (he's handy) flushed it to eventually stop the smell. He also moved handle parts around on the sliding glass door so we had one handle, instead of two broken ones. The Internet worked well, the TV as well. Keep in mind the time zone, so there's not a lot to watch. There is a DVD player and some moves too. I used my iPad quite a bit in lieu of trying to find TV to watch. We let the owner know we had to buy a blanket and frying pan, broom, mop, etc. and he gladly reimbursed us for those items.The grounds have seen better days, the pool and whirlpool have debris in them because no one cleans them. 3 rusted grills were hauled away during our stay and one new one replaced them, so there are 2 working grills (we didn't use them). The hedges are not trimmed and have quite a bit of weeds in them. Not like the online photos.The appliances FYI are 13 years old (I looked them up-xcept the fridge). The A/C works decent, keep in mind if you're a light sleeper, the one in the bedroom has quite a roar (window unit) When we left, I removed the pillow protectors to pile with the laundry as requested and found 2 that should have been long ago thrown in the garbage.The woman at the Property Office is super nice - you get laundry tokens there ($3.50 each), as well as the groundskeeper.For our "inconvenience" the property owner added $33 to the money owned.

It could use some new fry pans, as the ones there are bowed, but was otherwise well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, bath towels and everything you need to relax and either do your own cooking or hop in the car and go to Blue’s BBQ, The Landing Restaurant, Fat Boys Food Truck, or Quality Market’s for amazing deli sandwiches. Unfortunately the restaurant BREEZEZ on site was not open due to a change in ownership and that was disappointing. Glitches in paperwork appear to be slowing down the process. When it opens, I’m sure it will be amazing, as we watched many workers cleaning, painting and updating the restaurant. We did end up purchasing some beach towels simply because there were only two that came with the rental, but that was a non issue for us. Water socks are a must on the section of the island, as the beach is quite full of coral, sea grass and sea urchins. We did not snorkel here during our stay as the water was quite rough, but we did snorkel at Buck Island, Cane Bay, and Rainbow Beach; all are must see places.
