Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house in the middle of Manuel Antonio. Great location, beautiful house, very clean and safe. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thanks Bud!

We had a great stay at Bud's place! It's a lovely home just up the street from the main road from Quepos to Manuel Antonio. You definitely feel like you're right in the nature, with birds, monkeys, and the like audible from right outside. Inside, the space is beautiful and roomy. We made use of the pool and the laundry facilities, which definitely met our needs.
Bud was helpful and friendly but never overbearing - his recommendations helped us take full advantage of the beautiful area we were in. Would stay again!

The house was immaculate. Not sure there was anyway to improve the living space. It had everything we needed. The only to improve our day was if a chorus of monkeys, sloths, toucans and redeye frogs climbed on the deck at 7:00 in the morning and sang Good Morning to us. The house is set back in the Jungle, in close proximity to Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Lost of wildlife on the back deck. Only sorry we could not stay longer.

We loved the location in the middle of the jungle but close enough to shops and restaurants with a short cab ride. Beautiful home and the windows looking out to the forest were amazing! Fantastic pool and deck area, we spent a lot of time outside lounging!

This place was amazing! We saw monkeys, Heron, toucan, and other wildlife from the backyard while sipping on coffee!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved the place!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my fiancé and a group of friends. We had a rental car but the property was conveniently located near town and very easy to access restaurants, as well as Manuel Antonio national park which was a short drive away. The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a stay! The pool is very nice as well. We had visits from Scarlet Macaws as well as monkeys during our short stay! The host does live below the house but it’s not an issue at all! Very friendly and if anything is close by to help with any issues that could arise.

We stayed 5 nights at casa de agua and each day included a visit from the local fauna. Squirrel monkeys, white face capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws were all regular visitors. We even saw a sloth right near the house on our riverside walk. The house has shifted due to seismic activity so doors don’t all close easily. Otherwise, this house was a fabulous base for our excursions around Quepos. Bud was a great host !

Casa de Agua is a great location for relaxing, watching wildlife, & recharging after all the fishing, hiking, beaching & other fun stuff close by. Do yourself a favor and take the short walk to Casa Lamia & Ronnie’s Place - the views of the Pacific are unbelievable. The owner is a top notch guy and was very helpful with anything we needed to ask him about. Book with confidence!

Stayed a week at this property with friends. Bud is an awesome host and helped tremendously with recommendations for shopping, restaurants and activities. Checked in a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. Home was just as described and the location was perfect. Outside Quepos, but taxi close to almost everything. Might recommend having more towels available per room. Understood the last day that we could have requested them. Pool is excellent, albeit chilly for this time of year (Oct). Would highly recommend. Pura Vida!

The house is amazing and the location is great for exploring all the area has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals inside or on the outdoor grill. We saw many monkeys right outside the door, closer than in the national park. We also had a pair of toucans visit everyday.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home with wildlife all around and close to everything. The owner Bud went above and beyond to make our stay the trip of a lifetime. Wish I could give it 6 stars!

The home was fantastic. Saw 3 types of monkeys including mothers with babies, a sloth, toucans, macaws, hummingbirds, butterflies and other animals from the back deck. Some mornings I hated to leave. Location was convenient to beaches, park and restaurants. Host was very helpful. Hope we will make it back again!

This georgeous home was right in the middle of everything we wanted from our vacation. Just a few minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, the marina and of course the national park. We loved the infinity pool and the private deck and having wildlife all around. More services were available than listed, including laundry and beach towels. The owner was great and super accommodating. Make sure to get tips from him on the restaurants and beach spots to hit.

Beautiful Serene Home
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this home (2 adults and 3 kids--13, 11, 8. It is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. It is a quiet escape from the busy downtown, but so very close to everything in Manuel Antonio. The home is well stocked with everything you'll need to eat meals in. We spent the days exploring all that Manuel Antonio had to offer and came "home" in the evenings to the private pool, where the kids played for hours while we relaxed on the deck watching the toucans, macaws, monkeys, and more all surrounding the home. Bud, the host, was so helpful in suggesting excellent places to eat and was more than willing to help with any questions we had. Absolutely wonderful experience and we would recommend to anyone!

This was a gorgeous and clean modern house set in the jungle. The owner, Bud, lives downstairs and is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside is that you need to drive/cab everywhere. That said, restaurants and beaches are all 5 min drive away.

This house is stunning and looks just like pictures! We spent a week there. It was clean, great water pressure. The owner is downstairs and is beyond helpful and considerate. The ONLY negative is that you need a car or cab to get around. But. O thing is more than 5 mins away.
We also had a phenomenal monkey show on the deck and stunning macaws live in a nest right outside. Amazing.

Loved This Home
The home was super cute! Very close to both Manuel Antonio and Quepos. The house was clean and had updated features. It was however smaller than I thought but still perfect for our group size. There are windows everywhere so you get a first hand look at nature daily. Monkeys … birds …. I’m talking about things you’d only see in a zoo… but they were right there! There were a few things I needed to get use to but we’re not deal breakers. You are in a JUNGLE.. there will be bugs. There’s nothing that can be done about that.
The water pressure for the shower is very low… especially if more than one is running at a time. The pool was smaller as well… still very nice. I would stay here again overall. Checkin was simple.
