There was dog hair everywhere all over the couches and floor as well as stains all over the carpet. The fridge wasn't working so there was this small portable fridge set up in the middle of the kitchen instead which was disappointing to learn of when we arrived. It was also so hot that we had to have the window open most of the stay. I didn't get a sense of any of these issues from the listing.

The location was perfect, with convenient and secure parking, spacious overall with everything you’d need in the kitchen, a large bathroom and comfy king sized bed. There’s a pretty view of the courtyard.

Founders Lodge is a beautiful complex in a prime spot. Super easy to get to lifts from front door of lodge. Gym has 2 pelotons and is in excellent shape. Hot tubs were clean and felt great after long day on slopes. Unit is tidy and comfortable.

Space is conveniently located in the building near elevator, with great common area and underground heated parking. Large unit with plenty of space and equipped kitchen. The tvs in the unit are super small, and there is no decor which was odd, but these are minor things. I would highly recommend this place.

The property is located at the base of the mountain and is pet friendly. The carpet was really filthy and the temperature was way too hot! At some point, it went up to 80 despite the windows being open wound Thanksgiving! We called and they sent a worker after making us wait all day. We were told that the condo just get hot. The biggest issue was the check in process. We got there and there was no key left for us. We had to drive all the way to Manchester to pick up our key. The mountains get icy and there was nowhere for us to go since it was Thanksgiving and we had dogs! We were promised a small refund and a month later despite multiple text messages, we have yet to see a penny

Our family of four (2 teenage daughters) stayed here over Columbus Day. The condo has one bedroom, living room, full bath, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. There were plenty of towels, lots of pillows and blankets. We really appreciated the laundry detergent, dish detergent and extra amenities. We had a few hiccups. Both TV’s weren’t working b/c the remotes weren’t programmed. We figured out how to do this ourselves on the second day. We also couldn’t turn down the heat below 75 degrees, without opening windows. The condo really needs better lighting (more lamps). Other than those few issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It’s a short walk across the street to the Stratton shops, restaurants and the mountain.

The property itself was fine but poorly managed. No way to turn on fireplace, TVs didn't work, no wifi, it was 80 degrees in the unit and the air didn't work and even with all the windows open couldn't cool it down, light in shower didn't work, extra blankets for couch in living room were just stuffed in a cupboard, extra utensils with box were just thrown in a cupboard in kitchen, kick plate under oven was broken, and there were dead bugs on window sill. We were to stay for 3 nights and left after the first night Management was unresponsive.

I arrived at the property at 10 PM I was told the key card would be at the front desk the front desk said the key is at the welcome center but luckily the person there is on their way down for the night. When that person arrived they were other keys there but not mine. I was instructed to call VaCasa to have them authorize the front desk to make a key. After waiting on hold for 25 to 35 minutes Ricardo the representative was very short and obnoxious. He finally got the account manager on the phone and was able to have the front desk cut a key he told me that they would call soon, I expressed him that I wanted him to stay on the phone with me until they called , but he said they had a large call volume, so I insisted and he continually fought back! when I finally got to the room the second bed was not made i eventually found sheets aand I had to make the bed. Then I went to go take a shower and there’s hair in the shower, when I put my stuff in the freezer there was two random hairs on the freezer shelf which was weird and gross . And then having to be out by 10 AM is ridiculous. I have never had this experience before and I hope this is not a sign of things to come To be honest I’m not sure if I would use either VRBO or Vacasa ever again

Great Location, nice condo and pet friendly
Enjoyed staying at this condo during the Mem Day Weekend. It was pretty quite with very few people at the condo and village. May shops and restaurants were closed. I took a 3 day tennis clinic at the Cliff Drysdale Center and it was very good. Full kitchen was great to hold my leftovers and to heat them. Kept my beers and beverages cold. Unit was in very nice condition with excellent cleaning. Only thing that could be improved is to have the Air Conditioning working. Description does indicate no AC but during the warm summer months it would be needed. Luckily the weather was pretty mild 80's and we were comfortable. Would also like to get 2 card keys for access as my wife was out and about and I was playing tennis. So 2 cards would have been nice to access when we were at different locations. My Dog was also happy with areas to walk and play with many potty stations with bags and garbage bins.
