Great house. All was perfect and clean. Located on a great spot of the lake! Water was clear and refreshing and nearby an open area for tubing. The walk to the lake was steep but
As is the case with most houses on the water. Thoroughly enjoyed the secluded location. Saw deer on a daily basis.

Truly enjoyed our week with kids and grandkids at the Lake Lanier house. The pool was lovely with shade in the morning that made it not as hot with the small children. The hottub and pool can be heated and when we had issues getting the heat turned on the hottub-a call to the host manager fixed it quickly.
The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock but it is truly a very steep hike back and forth from the house (so that fact has not been exaggerated).
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The ice maker was broken but they had a bag of ice and ice trays for us to use so that worked well for us.
The ping pong table is housed under a car port with an outdoor couch and was very relaxing to get out of the heat of the day. The pool table upstairs needs work-the room up there stays hot and the table sides don't bounce the balls so playing pool was difficult.
The drive way approach to the house is very rough so it needs some work and repaving but the driveway is shared between 5 or so houses. The home is fenced off and deer walking daily through the back yard so we felt safe and comfortable (even though one of the trailers on the drive way is very questionable).
The house is very accessible to several grocery stores in Cummings.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house could use a deep cleaning and some updating with furniture; including a recliner or ottoman in the main sitting area for us grandparents. The beds are basic but clean and comfortable.

The property was situated in a quiet cove with a lovely view and the added treat of a pool.

When we walked in the door, the view was just breathtaking. Then, when we went downstairs to one of the Master bedrooms It was even more spectacular! The kitchen was stocked well, but if you’re cooking, be sure to bring your own spices, including salt and pepper. We had fun playing pool upstairs in the loft, but we kept hearing a knocking sound in the mornings up there, and finally realized it was a woodpecker on the outside beam going to town up there lol!
We didn’t use the pool because There was a big storm before we came and it did a number on the pool, the pool guy came on our last day and said the chemicals were at zero so he had to fix it. We were however able to use the spa and enjoyed that very much.
Other reviewers had warned about the difficult walk to the dock so we knew it would be tough. It was doable for me, as I am an active 59 yr old but had to stop for a moment to catch my breath coming back up. My hubby had a harder time though. The younger adults made it just fine.
Loved the fire pit and the teens made s’mores every night.
The only thing that really bothered me was the condition of the walls in the downstairs master. It’s in need of a paint job down there. It was a nice family getaway with lots to do and we were satisfied with our stay for the price.

Quiet, private property with nice pool and beautiful views. Kitchen has everything you need, but plenty of good local restaurants to explore. Very close to the water, just a short (but steep, careful!) walk down the back yard. Water is visible from nearly every room.

My family and I booked this for the pool but all the extras made it even more special! The owners were very attentive and answered all of my questions quickly. The beds were comfortable and accomadating. The pool and hot tub were so inviting and so relaxing. We made so many memories playing pool, ping pong and having smores by the fire at the firpit. The views from the windows are breathtaking! Very convenient to everything. Will definitely book again on our next Family get away.

Even in winter this location was awesome. Great views of the lake from pretty much everywhere. Fun bar and pool table room upstairs and the pool/hot tub are great.
Will likely come back to this one!

My sister has a house about a mile away from this property. We used the house on Flowery Branch as overflow for sleeping and to cook an extra turkey. It was a great location.

The property was great with many activities for both kids and adults. The pool was a nice alternative to the lake as a way to wind down at the end of the day. The ping pong and billiards tables also offered more activities and diversions. House was well equipped and the different levels and decks provided areas to get away if needed. All in all a great house and a great week!

We found the house to be the perfect size and fit for our family! It is close enough to Atlanta to do fun things and super convenient to lake life.

Great family venue
This is our second time vacationing at this property. It is great if you have little ones, because the lake is down a big slope and it would be daunting for a young child to 'wander off' down there. The pool is on the other side of the house from the lake, so the two are separate, and the pool is surrounded by a fence with a latch gate. The steps and slope to the lake would be a challenge for most senior citizens, however.

We had a great time. Our party consisted of two families with two teenage boys (16-18 yrs olds) each. We rented a boat and had a great time. The dock was perfect for our rental and the boys did a little fishing off the dock though they didn’t really catch anything. Really liked the pool and extra activities like ping pong and the pool table. The stairs/trek to the dock is a bit steep - especially for older folks. The steps to the pool table upstairs are also steep so beware for older folks. We really liked the place and had a great time. It is a bit older and darker than the pics appear but overall it was great and the owners were very responsive to any concerns. We were very happy with our experience and would revisit again.

Family vacation
Our family had a great week together. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, swimming in the pool, kayaking to the islands, fishing in our boat and swimming in the lake. We loved all the outdoor seating areas, cooked on the gas grill and made s’mores at the fire pit. The walk to the lake is a little challenging but we just took our time and enjoyed the beautiful views. Lots of deer in this area and the surrounding trees made it feel like we had a lot of privacy. The gardenias in the front smelled wonderful! We cook all of our meals so the kitchen was not huge but was well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was very clean and beautiful!

Very pleased
Would definitely rent again. Beds were comfortable & property clean. Would be very enjoyable in warmer weather for outside visiting.

The walk to the lake was really steep
and long hard for all. House was dark, not as large as it looked in the pictures. House was old and not very clean, especially the kitchen. Dishwasher was horrible.
