About this house rental
PRIVATE HEATED POOL, 7ft WATERSLIDE AND HOTTUB with Covered outdoor living area and a GAME ROOM. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq. foot home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on the10th hole of Painted Mountain Golf course. The sliding glass door has an alarm for pool safety for the children. The GAME ROOM has a foosball table, the original tabletop video game of Ms. PacMan (and most of the games from that era have been added also, like Donkey Kong), boardgames, and a very large big screen smart tv with cable. The backyard has beautiful flowering trees and palm trees which attracts a lot of different birds and butterflies. There is a privacy fence all the way around the home and it sits behind the tee box which provides safety from stray golf balls. No view of golf course however. Have fun roasting marshmallows on the tabletop firepit with the automatic spinning firesticks. Enjoy cooking outside with the grill and all the tools you'll need. The back patio is covered for a comfortable outdoor living space for sitting and dining. There are floaties for the pool, pool towels, sunscreen, and bug spray. This home has high speed internet. There are SmartTv's with cable, Netflix, HULU and Disney in the game room, living room, main bedroom and twin bedroom. The master bath has a soaking tub, full walk-in closet, smart tv and sitting area that overlooks the pool. The second room has a desk with an added vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus it has smart tv and video game console. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry with all your needed appliances and common cooking ingredients, plus an eat in breakfast nook. There is a large livingroom with comfy couches and a dining room with even more comfortable sturdy chairs. This is a very nice house in a great neighborhood on the golf course. We had the grandkids and they loved the pool.
The temps were over 100f but didn't feel like it by the pool. The game room was a lot of fun as well. We are definitely going to use this property again when we visit Mesa!

Directions weren't very good and i got money taken out for not doing the check out stuff that there were no directions for. She also stated i locked the screen door which i did not so im not sure what happened there. She said the place was not clean but i guess thats what i thought a cleaning fee was for. Which when we showed up it was not clean.

This home was perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to many stores, close to freeways. Our grandkids, ages 8-12, enjoyed the pool with the slide, and the game room. The kitchen had just the right amount of small appliances and utensils, pots and pans to make our meals when we wanted to eat at home. Very clean and nicely laid floor plan. Very pleased with this home.

We rented this house for a few days so our oldest daughter could tour a college. We loved the entire area out back! It had plenty of seating areas, a hot tub and an awesome pool with a slide! Our kids loved the pool and we loved sitting out there! It was a nice neighborhood as well! Very quiet and close to everything. The host was extremely nice and helpful! We would definitely come back!

My stay was not good. The hot tub was cold and the slide to the pool didn’t work and the pool was dirty when we got there. I called the host who called the pool guy that arrived some time later and stated the hot tub will not get hot for the duration of my trip because it’s broken as well as the pool lights. We were unable to use the pool at night. So we were either really hot in the daytime in the pool or swimming in the dark. Also there were ants everywhere! And the beds are pretty hard. I have back issues and it caused me great pain. I told the host I couldn’t find the doubled bed in living 1 and she asked why did I need it…… There is also a pet fee that wasn’t communicated until after we checked out and I can’t find it on the listing only that they are allowed. Luckily I had the insurance because she charged it. Honestly, I wish I knew the outside area was that way, I would have spent my money elsewhere.

We were visiting Mesa for a family gathering. The location was perfect for our needs and was a short drive to the local shopping area. The pool was the main center of activity during our stay. Our daughter was in it for several hours and the outdoor seating made it great for us to watch her and relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you need to cook and the bedrooms were really great for our daughters' age ranges (6 and 14). Overall, a really great property.

The location in Mesa was fantastic! Close to restaurants and grocery stores and easy access on and off the freeway. The pool and hot tub were great! Our boys enjoyed the arcade games too! The only downside of this property for us was that it is pet friendly (which is stated in the description) and it was obvious a dog had stayed there before us. Overall though, we had a good time!

The home was great and the hiccups that did occur the owners were super responsive and had solutions. It was very clean and had plenty of towels available. Pool was awesome; kids had a blast with the slide. Kitchen did not have everything we needed to cook basic meals, but we made do. Hot tub/pool heater isn't super convenient (have to pre-heat before use), but there is no extra charge to use so as long as you are okay with that aspect it was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Beautiful place to end our visit to arizona! We went to Sedona for a few days and stayed here just over night but next time we visit we want to stay here longer! My son turned 6 and loveddddd the slide ! I couldn’t get him out of the pool! Not to mention all the tvs and bath tub and the yoda room! It even has retro games that was a blast! 5/5 def recommend!

The house was just as listed. Very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful add on. The owner of the home was amazing. Very prompt and answered all questions. The accommodations of the home made our stay very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed their own rooms and all of the games and kid stuff they had. We had access to everything and were even able to park our rental car in garage. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Price, location, and the pool are my top contenders.

There were ants in the pantry & garbage left in the waste baskets, which we were successful at eliminating the waste, the ants not so much, though we tried. Once the pool man came everything functioned well. We wondered if the caretakers weren't taking advantage of the owners, by not completing their jobs. Overall it was pleasant. thanks.

The house smelled clean and was SUPER clean. Everything we needed was there plus some. Lots of stuff to do. My kids (and husband) loved the arcade game. The pool was clean. Everything was perfect.

We weren’t at the house much but it was super comfortable to come home too. The pool was great, the a/c in the house was wonderful. The pac man video console also had 59 other games to play….great way to wind down after a busy day. Coffee was supplied and plenty of towels for when you got out of the pool. Great place to stay! Prop was very comfortable and inviting and had all the necessities plus! The game room was such a hit- even with just us adults. And the outdoor living space was wonderful, with so many seating areas and a beautiful pool and spa to enjoy. The neighborhood was a great place to walk in the evenings, and close to grocery/gas/restaurants etc. We highly recommend for your Mesa stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay (18 days) at this home. We spent many hours enjoying the resort-like pool and sauna area. The owners were very responsive to any questions.

My wife and I spent January and February at this wonderful home. It is in a great location, close to all shopping and numerous restaurants. It is very close to the 202 loop which provides quick and easy access to the Phoenix area.
The house is spacious. All rooms are very large. The kitchen has all the essentials and is well stocked. The master bedroom is huge. It includes a sitting area as well as a bathroom with double sinks, tub and walk in shower.
The is a very large family/game room. It has an extra wide TV, foosball and electronic game counsel. All room have TVs, as well.
The back yard is amazing with pool and spa, and numerous sitting and lounge areas. We had our nieces family over to the house a few times and they thoroughly enjoyed it.
The neighborhood is very nice and well maintained. It is very quiet. A golf course winds through the neighborhood, as well.
The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

The house looks even better in person. It was clean and well appointed, tons of towels and the hot tub was such a good addition. It rained while we were there and the hot tub allowed us to still be outside. The host is really responsive, we had trouble finding the hot tub heater and she FaceTimed to help us find it. Only 2 downsides were the shower in guest bathroom, the water shoots out super hard and isn’t a way to adjust it and the beds aren’t the most comfortable. I was able to make it manageable by placing pillows under my back and more under my head since the amt of pillows were plentiful. Overall we had a great weekend here.

The house was just as beautiful as listed! Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was wonderful with big pool, hot tub, lots of seating areas with blooming flowering bushes! Lots of room in the house. Comfortable beds. Heather was so nice and great to work with! We loved it there and definitely recommend to others! Hope to come back to book this beautiful paradise place again!

While the property was great for me and my friends, we had a plumbing issue and the host tried to get me to pay them money off the books on zelle? which I thought was a little sketchy and manipulative. besides that good property

Heathers property definitely felt like home, she was very helpful with any questions that we had. Our local family members were all able to meet up with us at the home. They all had positive comments about the house. All said they would recommend it to friends and family for future stays. We will rent again on our next visit to Mesa. Thank you guys!
