One of a select few end unit condos complete with its own private four person hot tub, split level wrap around patio and private barbecue grill! This condo has everything to make your next family vacation one to remember. Just step out from your lower level gated patio to the 700 foot Lazy Lagoon River and waterfall swimming pool and an additional seasonally heated swimming pool which is reserved for use of Heron guest only! In addition there is a walkover for easy access to the beach. Private barbecue grill located on lower deck.
Professionally decorated throughout with Nantucket decor there is room for everyone to stretch out after a hard day at the pool or beach. Extra large living room has comfortable sofa, oversized chair that folds out into a twin sleeper, a 60" LCD television with DVD player to watch the big game or for movie night makes relaxation a breeze! Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for easy exit to split level patio which wraps around end unit condo, with views of beautifully landscaped areas and the bay. It does not get any better than this!
Dining area has spacious seating for six with additional space available at the granite topped breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to fix that fresh seafood feast. We have tried to think of everything!
Master suite with bay views and king size bed with spa style bathroom. Suite is also equipped with pull out small divan perfect for small child. Jetted spa style tub in bathroom with walk in separate shower area. Double vanities ensure room for everyone to get ready for the day. Large walk in closet with plenty of space. Large TV. Futon in master bedroom makes into perfect bed for a small child.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable. The patio needed attention. Cookware & iron needed upgrading. We had to ask for bathroom tissue & hangers for our clothing. They did respond with tissue and hangers after I called.
I don’t want to be negative but some attention would improve the condo.

Plenty of places for everyone to sleep, we had 9 and everyone was comfortable. We didn’t have enough towels for sure but everything else was well stocked.

This unit offers easy access to the lazy river. Well appointed unit. We unfortunately had a lot of rain but enjoyed all the inside space and huge covered lanai. Not to be overlooked, incredible water pressure!In this unit made getting cleaned up a breeze after a day of play!!

Very Nice Place
This condo is very nice and well stocked, beautifully designed. It has plenty of cooking utensils and beach equipment/tents/toys. The location was great and we stayed busy the entire time. It provides walking distance to activities for ex. putt putt, jet ski rentals and restaurants. Our family enjoyed our stay and would rent again in the future.

The condo was spacious and had plenty of room to stretch out for our family of 5 and my parents. There were plenty of seats around the dining table and we loved that we could cook and still be a part of the action thanks to the pass-through. The lanai level was perfect and I don't think I'd ever consider staying on an upper floor. Being able to walk right down to the lazy river and pools was fantastic! Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. I know there are a lot of shortages still thanks to Covid, but pictures were dusty, Cheeto-type finger prints on the walls, and dirty doors, made it feel a little yucky going in. We grabbed some Clorox wipes and wiped down everything including the leather furniture which helped. It's a small enough space that a top-to-bottom cleaning wouldn't take more than an hour to an hour and a half if you're working hard. There were broken toys and sea shells left on the lanai table, which again, no big deal, but made it feel as though it wasn't checked over. The lanai was great to sit on and we used it a lot. My only suggestion would be some lounge chairs. The condo comes with a grill, but the rental agency does not supply propane which is a disappointment and something we didn't know about until it was too late to cancel. We had to carry the empty tank to Tom Thumb to have it replaced for $20. It also comes with a starter supply of cleaning products and about 6 garbage bags. No big deal if you have a car, but for those who are planning on flying, be prepared to bring some or add it to your grocery order. We would definitely stay again because of the location and room to spread out.

Great experience
We had our 8 year and 12 year old and it was perfect for them and us! 5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to the lazy river, and our own private hot tub was amazing! The condo was very nice and spacious. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Tvs in all of the rooms worked great! Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

The condo was perfectly next to the lazy river on the first floor. My only complaint would be the hot tub. It didn’t work and was dirty.

Fun Family Spring Break Trip
The condo was very nicely supplied and furnished. It had everything that you would need for a nice relaxing trip. The location of the condo was great and the kids loved the direct access to the pool. The private hot tub was a bonus. We would highly recommend this to our friends and family and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful condo with more than enough room for 10+ people. The hot tub on the balcony was AMAZING and the whole resort had a lot of family friendly amenities. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad although it was kind of crowded there. Julie was easily accessible and an amazing host. Only thing is maybe more blankets in the condo and the bathtub drain fixed

Absolutely loved our stay and will be back!! The lazy river and pool were amazing and our kids could explore since were so close to it all! The private hot tub was great for cool nights. Owners were very responsive and unit was clean with lots of space!

Clean and Fun at a Great Location
The property is located just next to Ft Walton with grocery stores and restaurants close. We prefer Destin a little more, but it's less than 10 minutes and you are there too. The condo was very nice, well furnished, plenty of room, and very, very clean. The amenities are all just outside your back door and the bay and beach just a short walk in either direction. The only thing I didn't give five stars on was the accuracy of the listing as it has pictures or a swim up bar and other amenities that are actually next door at The Island and which guests here are no longer able to access. But, other than that...5 stars all the way.

Beautiful, perfect, condo right on the lazy river. Very accommodating and made for a great vacation! Private hot tub, garage full of beach toys and floats. We had a great vacation because of this condo.
