Awesome 2 Room Lakefront Cabin with 2 sleeping lofts and everything you need PLUS Beaver Lake!
There is a Queen size bed and queen size futon on the main level with 2 ladders that will take you to either a twin bed loft room or a king bed loft room. For safety reasons, we suggest that little kids need to sleep in the queen bed or futon on the main level.
This is a very rural area of the lake. It is quiet and provides lots of wildlife to watch.
There are concrete stairs down to the shoreline making it so easy for everyone to enjoy the water. There is a nice deck overlooking the water and a propane grill for cooking outdoors. The fire pit is on the shoreline.
This property has a steep winding paved driveway, and highly recommend all-wheel, front-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles. Trailers cannot be taken down the drive (no place to turn around at the bottom, but there is a parking area for trailers at the top of the drive, across the road.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

The stay was wonderful!
The cabin was super clean with no issues
While the sleeping is a little tight in the loft, it wasn't a big deal at all because we were only there when we slept. We are thankful for the beauty of Beaver Lake and the location the lake is more quiet with less boats which made our stay the time of rest this Pastor needed.
Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay. If you are someone who enjoys cooking, you may want to plan ahead a bit as the grill and coffee pot are a bit small. We were out of propane but our hosts were quick to help us by bringing by another cylinder. The icing on the cake would be a washer and dryer.

Our family of 5 had a great time staying in this clean, peaceful cabin. The scenery is amazing. The driveway is steep, but we had no problem getting in & out with our AWD Ford Explorer. The kids had fun sleeping in the lofts on both sides of the cabin! The grill was great for cooking burgers and hot dogs one night. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We loved everything about this cabin.
A washer and dryer would have been a nice bonus to this perfect little cabin.
We will definitely be back!

A wonderful lakeside property providing a peaceful setting as we came home everyday from exploring the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, E. Fay Jones, and Moshie Safde in the Fayetville/Eureka areas.

Front the moment we booked our little getaway at Hoot Owl to the point of checkout! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The communication was great. Everything you could possibly need, was available at the cabin. Very clean, spacious and very quiet. My husband, 7 year old son stayed Labor Day weekend and my parents joined for one night. We cannot express how much this weekend was truly needed for us but the hospitality was even better!!! Thank you so much Allison- We cannot wait to return and create more memories ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family of 5 (including 3 boys, ages 7, 12 & 16) had a wonderful time. Based on the listing, the cabin looked really neat and I thought the boys would enjoy the lofts. We were very impressed in person. Better than the photos. So clean and up-to-date, with all you need in the kitchen, bath, etc.
Yes, the driveway is terribly steep and curvy. We chose not to attempt taking our Odyssey down it, but it may have been fine. We saw other vehicles go down and up to access the Tiny cabin next door. Because we chose not to attempt it, we did have quite a hike up and down when we chose to go somewhere.
I would recommend bringing your own lake towels (plenty for showers in the cabin), life jackets and/or floats to hang out on at the swim dock. We were told the water is about 15 ft deep there. We enjoyed it several times in our short stay, with the boys competing on their jumps and splashes. :)
Someone with knee issues may find the trek to and from the water a little challenging. I imagine that would be the case at about any lake property. My knees give me some trouble, but I managed.
We also rented a pontoon boat at a nearby marina and had a fun morning of boating and tubing.

Hoot Owl Cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Right on the water and nice swim dock. The cove was very peaceful and beautiful. We brought our boat with us and it was the perfect location for easy access to the water. Loved everything about this place.

Everything was as pictured, communication was prompt, the cabin was clean and the fire pit had firewood there for us. Really beautiful water as well just down the stairs. The driveway is extremely steep, so those with difficulty walking or easily winded would find this challenging. We enjoyed hiking at Lost Bridge Trail which is only about a 10 minute drive away. Eureka Springs is about a 50 minute drive away, but we especially enjoyed shopping and The Great Passion Play which made the drive worth it. There isn’t much in the way of nearby grocery shopping, so you might want to plan ahead. However, the cabin’s kitchen had supplies such as toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, microwave, etc and everything was clean and well organized. There is even a grill on the patio. The patio is shaded nicely and I enjoyed mornings there. Great cabin!

I took my son here for his graduation trip with his younger brother and 2 friends. When we pulled up they were amazed at how beautiful the water was! So blue and clear! The place was adorable and the kids loved having the lofts! there was plenty of room and the place was sooo clean! We loved it! the dock was amazing we fished, took the kayaks out and paddle boarded. We took one day and went to roaring river which is only about 25 min from there, it was amazing too. I think this will become a yearly trip for up! the location of the cabin was in a calm canal on beaver lake and we couldn't have asked for a better spot! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay at Hoot Owl Cabin
This little cabin is nestled in its own little private location. There are neighbors but it’s nice that you can feel like you’re still by yourself. It was perfect for the 4 of us, seeing there’s a loft that has a big enough mattress for 2 adults. What really attracted us to this particular cabin is the boat slip and swim dock that’s right down the steps with easy access. The Marina to put the boat in was literally right around the bin, so very convenient for having a boat. The cove was very peaceful, with the deck from the cabin facing the water. The only downfall to the cove is skiers and tubers also enjoy it, seeing the waters like glass. They’re supposed to stay at least 100 ft, I believe, from the boat slips but that rarely happened. With that, tying the boat up really well was a must, seeing it got pounded with the wakes. Other than that, we had an awesome stay in this cute little cove. And FYI, if you have a larger group staying, there’s a tiny home right next to the cabin that you can reserve as well, if needed!
