Really enjoyed our stay! The house was gorgeous and fit our needs perfectly! The pool was so great to beat the New Orleans heat! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, just a block from the St. Charles streetcar. Beautifully decorated, we enjoyed this space and had room for our whole family. Our only issue was not having enough pots and pans when we wanted to cook breakfast. Otherwise, we would stay again in a heartbeat. The beds were extra comfy and the pool waa enjoyed by everyone!

The house was very cozy. We enjoyed spending time together. The trolley is close to the house. We were just a few minutes from the convention center, casino, Bourbon Street and many other locations.

The property was great! I had spacious areas for our friends and family to hang out. We very much enjoyed the backyard pool area. The location is about 3 blocks from the trolley and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. I would recommend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and the house was perfect! The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants, close to the trolley line. The owners have obviously taken a lot of time and consideration in picking out the decor, which was unique and lovely. Beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for a group. Each bathroom had a hairdryer, which was a nice touch! We had an issue with the dishwasher and the owners were very responsive. The pool and spa were really nice. We loved our time exploring New Orleans, but our best night was relaxing in the pool with some wine! Highly recommend this property.

Property was as advertised. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which is great for a larger group. Pool and hot tub were definite hits. Close to trolley and various shops and restaurants. Not too far from French Quarter. Quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed in this wonderful home for 4 days and it was pretty perfect. We were 3 couples and 1 single and the house was the right fit. We all had our own bathrooms and the rooms are nice and spacious. The house has a very eclectic vibe-I loved the old refinished floors!
We had a few hiccups that we reported right away. The TV remote in the front room was missing but later found down a cushion. The door on the downstairs bedroom by the bathroom doesn't close and could use some oil. Haunted hinges! This is not a big thing-unless you are funny about a closed door.
I realize most people don't cook on trips, but I do. Just a word of warning. The kitchen is adequate but if you are going to cook-you need to buy everything-from salt to olive oil. The fridge is a nice size but buy your own ice.
The neighborhood is fine-it's not a pretty tree lined street, but we never felt unsafe. Close to the tram, too. We used the pool at night to cool off and really enjoyed it. The spa is not jetted but that wasn't an issue for us.
Great house, great time.

Even bigger than the pictures suggest it is! Perfect stay!

Overall, the experience was good, and I would do it over again. The host was helpful when I had left some cash behind. Minor gripes include, poor wifi, subpar lighting in the master bedroom/bathroom, limited electrical outlets throughout, average central cooling to be generous (was record hot that weekend), and unnecessary in-front sidewalk trees should be eliminated irrespective if it is city property because the sidewalk is narrow and hard to navigate before needed to transport luggage. Everything else seems to check the boxes and my stay was enjoyable.

Enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Everyone had room to themselves as well as space to be together. Easy access to the street car to go to the French Quarter or the Garden District.

The house was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and fit our group of 7 well. Everyone had their own space and the common spaces were very nice. A few minor issues with the property that the host addressed. We would stay on the property again.

The pictures don't do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful! It had plenty of space for a decently large group, the kitchen was large and well equipped. The location was close to public transit, local food and bars, and a small concert venue. Parking was easy, the pool was incredible, the beds were comfy. The entire group really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

This property is centrally located to the heart of NOLA, as well as easily assessable to tours such as the swamp boats, museums, and main tourist attractions.
The property is spacious, clean, and welcoming for groups to enjoy quality time playing cards, board games, and swimming.
Thank you, Marcia and Michael, for welcoming us into your own. We would love to stay with you again in the future.

The house was awesome, super unique and cute. Perfect for our group. Our only complaint was the towel situation for the pool as well as outdoor patio furniture. Overall great stay!

This property was perfect for our pre-Christmas trip with our 4 adult children and 2 other friends. The property was gorgeous, beds very comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. The pool was a fun addition and location very close to everything NOLA offered. Would definitely book this property again!

We had a great time with adult family at this property. It was so nice to unwind in the pool and jacuzzi. Beds were comfortable!! Close to the trolley, restaurants on St. Charles, Walgreens, Tacos and Beer and Hop on/hop off bus pick up #15. Neighborhood out the left of the door is sketchy but we had no problems getting around with walking/ubers and had parking for our rent-a-car. If I had little kids would I stay here?
Probably not. ONLY improvement needed is more towels (we showered twice a day due to weather), no pool towels or kitchen rags/towels. A major plus was the ice chest that we used for the Bayou Tour. Overall a great time and we had wonderful visits during meals at the big kitchen table. Thank you!

Clean and Comfortable
Clean house, convenient location with on-street parking always available nearby. Pool was critical to make it through NOLA heat in July. Would recommend and stay again!

Everything in the listing was spot on, and having king beds in all but one room and plenty of bathrooms made this house perfect for our girls trip! 2 blocks from a bunch of restaurants and the street car line made it a nice location for what we needed. Easy check in and check out process as well for a stress free vacation!
