We take a trip a year with our dear friends and as always this did not disappoint. The home was amazing and everything was as promised. We were walking distance from some of the best restaurants.....5stars

Amazing property -clean, beautifully decorated and in the BEST location on NOLA! The owners thought of everything and then some to make our stay very memorable! Very responsive and gave great suggestions on things to do. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all of our friends!!

4 couples traveled to New Orleans to watch our beloved Longhorns compete in the Sugar Bowl. This home is amazing. They had everything you needed. We never moved our vehicle! The host was super responsive throughout and he booking and during our stay. Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location of the home was perfect, walking distance to French Quarters, Garden district and a block away from the WW2 Museum. We even spent a couple of evenings in cooking and relaxing at the home. This home made our visit to New Orleans relaxing, comfortable and very enjoyable. Dominique was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions - even on Xmas day! Thank you Domonique!

It was great for our large family and the host was terrific. We loved our time there.

The home was beautiful in the most desirable location. We could walk to restaurants, Rouses grocery store, our daughter’s apartment on Girod street. The home was warm and inviting with the exposed brick. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen. So spacious and comfortable.

The property was even more beautiful inside than the photos…gorgeous and very up to date. Great balcony overlooking a courtyard…wonderful place all the way around, plus awesome location. Would definitely recommend and come again!

The VRBO is close to the French Quarter but in an area with many restaurants close by, businesses and it’s a little quieter than right in the Quarter. A great grocery store with a huge selection of food, wine and beer is a close walk. The VRBO itself was very clean, super equipped, lovely decor and very comfortable for the six of us. Even had a nice balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard. Would highly recommend and would gladly stay there on another runaway!! Dominique was a great host!

My adult family stayed here to attend my sons wedding. It was a fabulous space and had everything you need. Absolutely lovely! Property managers were very responsive and helpful. A+

This place was great for our group of seven adults who were mostly interested in culture, restaurants, and the cocktail scene. We walked to almost everything and then really enjoyed coming back home to relax. Check in and check out were a breeze and we slept well!

What so cute. Well stocked with coffee pods and water and snacks! We took advantage of hanging out in the courtyard which is shared with a couple offices, but they are closed on the weekends. All the beds are super comfortable and all the padding is wonderfully soft. Lots of great big open areas. Great communication with the host.
Was curious about bathroom situation. There is one small, but adequate bathroom on the same floor as living area in kitchen and snallest of the bedrooms with the queen bed on that floor. The second bathroom is in the upstairs hallway and shared by the other bedroom with queen bed and the bedroom with two twin beds. And the third bathroom is of course attached to the master. All very functional. Air conditioning worked great!
Very comfortable and easy access to 1 mile walk to the French quarter, 2 mile walk to Frenchmen Street, one block to streetcar to head over to garden district. Had such a great time and did it all!

Our stay in New Orleans was absolutely perfect! I was looking for a place to stay for my bachelorette. We're all in our 30s now, so we wanted something spacious and nice; this house was the perfect fit! There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware if you wanted to cook at the house (although, when you're in a city with food that good, not sure how much use those dishes get!). The house had plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher tabs so we didn't have to spend our vacation time going to the store, which I very much appreciated! The check-in and check-out process was super easy and Dominique was wonderful to work with. If you're thinking about booking this place: do it! It's close enough to the main attractions of New Orleans without being crazy or loud. I'd absolutely want to stay here again on my next visit.

The property was more beautiful than imagined and the host had every item stocked that we needed. They were so very attentive.

Everything about this property was five star plus! The communication with Dominique was very easy, very responsive. The location literally could not be a beat. One block away from the World War II museum and a very short Uber ride to Bourbon Street or the Garden District. There is no need to rent a car, Ubers were all available in less than two minutes super convenient!
It was a very safe location. Modern decor with a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal. The back patio is very NoLa and we enjoyed it every night.
There was plenty of room for us and our four teens to spread out but also together together to play pool and enjoy family meals in the dining room/kitchen.
It was so comfortable we did not want to leave!
I honestly could not imagine staying anywhere else the next time we come back to the big easy!

Me and my friends stayed her for a 4 night 5 day trip. It was perfect for the 8 of us. Enough space for everyone to have their own area. Towels for everyone, washer and dryer with cleaning supplies. In a great part of town. It was an amazing experience all around. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great location. Close to the trolley and WW2 museum. Clean. Well stocked. Owner was easy to work with.

The house was gorgeous! We found ourselves more in the house than out.
The reserved parking space next to the house was super convenient and we didn't have to worry about looking for parking every time we drove somewhere. The house was about 4 blocks down from Lafayette Square where there's a free concert every Wednesday from March to May, which has vendors and pop up shop tents. Really neat and fun. Also it's the closest area with grass where I could walk my dogs.
The house is just far enough not to deal with the craziness around Bourbon Street and the French Quarters, but close enough to take the street car or a 20 minute walk. The WWII museum was right next door.
Overall, we loved the house and Dominique was superful helpful, responsive, and flexible. We needed a little more time on check out day and she was so kind to oblige. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax in NOLA. Dominique and Brett were great to work with and were prompt and pleasant in all their interactions with us. The kitchen is well supplied if you want to cook (we did mostly breakfast and a few family meals). Because it is an open floor plan sound carries between floors, just something to be aware of if you have light sleepers. All in all a very comfortable place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this clean, impeccably appointed, beautiful property! Despite the perfect location (walking distance from everything we tried to do in NOLA), it was such a nice place that you almost didn't want to leave.
The property managers were excellent hosts that were extremely accommodating with some of our requests. They were extremely easy to communicate with; replying quickly and with a friendly manner.
This was our first trip to NOLA but it won't be our last. I just hope that this property is available when we begin planning our next visit!
Thank you so much to Dominique for making our stay such a pleasure!

This is an ideal property for a larger group (we had six adult family members). Location is great, just far enough for the crazy of the French Quarter, but totally close enough to get there easily.
The VRBO app was down right at check in time, so we could not get access to the prioerty lock box code. The 800 number agent also could not get on the site! Not good for VRBO. We were saved by the property owner just happening to stop by! Thanks goodness.
Owners were very responsive to any question or need we had.
Would highly recommend this property and this location. Great stay with family. We all loved it.

As Mary Poppins once said, "Practically perfect in every way!" Your apartment is lovely and the provided amenities were very much appreciated. We have enjoyed our stay in NOLA and found the property's location allowed us to easily navigate the city and partake in so many of the activities that make New Orleans so special. Thank you for hosting us. We are grateful for your hospitality and thoughtfulness.

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, conveniently located, and fully stocked.
Located in the heart of the Warehouse district, staying here allowed us to enjoy the best restaurants in NOLA, easy access to Bourbon and Canal streets, the casino, and quick access to the freeway to get to the best golf courses in the area.
You will not be disappointed if you stay here. All the best.

This place is wonderful! Our family stayed here for a family gathering and first visit to New Orleans. The location was great—we walked almost everywhere. There were several restaurants within two blocks of the apartment (Peche was our favorite). The apartment itself was lovely. It was a great place to hang out, chat, and play games.

I came here with my sister, friend and brother-in-law for my 50th. It couldn’t have been in a perfect more spot near Lafayette Square. It was an easy walk to everywhere. We walked to Harrahs, Canal St., Jackson Square, everywhere I didn’t take an Uber once. My favorite breakfast spot that we went to twice was the Ruby Slipper. We took a trolley to see the homes down Magazine Street. We went to the spotted cat Jazz club, the carousel bar, took a ghost tour in an air-conditioned bus and just walked everywhere! The place is exactly like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable in the room that I slept in. The pool table was fun and everything was just great, I would highly recommend.
Also you have to go to M.S.Rau on Royal street for the most amazing jewelry and art collections including Renoir and Picasso, all for sale!

Adult family trip to NOLA. Loved this property, immaculate, great layout, loved walking out to the courtyard. Close to some excellent restaurants, WWII museum. We did not walk to the French Quarter, but used Lyft, which was no more than minutes away at any time. Highly recommend this property.

The home owners were so helpful and hospitable. One of them stopped by to drop off some essentials, and he helped me take my bags up the stairs.
The location is quiet with just an attorney's office down below. The rental is on the second and third floors in a beautiful historic building, which means it comes with charming quirks like persnickety locks and quite a few stairs. I enjoyed these aspects. I felt like it gave the building a sense of history and personality.
This rental seems perfect for business trips/meetings, group celebrations, anniversaries or family get togethers. If you have particularly bad knees, the stairs may be challenging, but we enjoyed the added exercise.
Overall, I highly recommend

We were very pleased with our last minute find for our unplanned trip to New Orleans. The place was very well maintained, and clean-and loved the decor. The bathrooms and the kitchen area were very modern or upgraded looking-and the pool table was a nice little extra touch. This rental is above some businesses or offices but we never heard them or saw anyone, so it wasn’t a downside. The hosts had the essentials you need and even had some welcome treats! Since we only stayed a few days we mainly were out venturing and with the rental being in a great location it was quick to get to places by walking or taking UBER. I also liked the private space for parking so we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot. We would definitely recommend this stay.

Everything was great, what you see is what you get. The bathroom in the master bedroom was everything.. However there was a down side, only one parking spot is available, but I think parking on the street is better, the parking makes you vulnerable to having your vehicle window broken ( had to go get another rental, sucky) the host was very remorseful and gave us 2 bottles of champagne, that was nice of them . There was also a lizard in the master bedroom. Even with the mishaps, I would stay again, but will definitely park on the street or travel by train. Thanks for your hospitality , it was greatly appreciated
