This place is close to town but secluded enough that we had 5 tom turkeys come by every morning & afternoon, along with deer & a couple of fawns! Such a clean & bright interior, with beautiful views. If you're a late riser (like anytime after 5am!) they provide eye masks that work pretty well. Could use a few more hangars in the huge walk-in closet. LOVED staying here & would love to book for next July but they're already booked, sadly!

Easy drive to many attractions in Coeur d’Alene and close to main highways to access others. Nice place - was as pictured. House was clean - all supplies provided. House A/C worked great as it was a hot few days in the area! Saw deer and turkey most days! Good communication with Chris as well. Thank you!

This was a nice surprise. The pics and description don’t do it justice. First off, probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever rented. Host was super responsive. It’s a 3-story home with pool table and ping pong table in basement. Wild turkeys and deer roam the property and are fun to watch. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and view of Spokane River. We will return!

Minutes from downtown! The house was in a great location and we felt like we were in the woods. We had everything we needed, and it was so beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again. We also loved seeing the deer and the wild turkey's in the yard.

We seriously loved this house!!! We would definitely stay there again!!! We wished we were staying longer!!! It was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend this house!! Oh, and there was a deer in the driveway when we first arrived ❤️ we loved the way it felt to see it as we were pulling up to the property!

In this case, the pictures do this rental justice. We selected Chris' property because the photos on the VRBO app were pretty spectacular. That's because IT IS! I have checked into other rentals before and often found that the photos provided were somewhat misleading. That certainly is NOT the case here. We found everything inside and out to meet if not exceed our expectations. Literally, it is perfect inside and out. I could keep going on and on but I think you get the gist. We loved it and cannot give it a high enough rating. Chris has done a wonderful job and we would absolutely love to come back.

We loved our stay in this wonderfully light and bright house! It was very well stocked with everything a guest could need or want. For us it was especially fun to watch the deer that came down each night to graze.

We liked this house very much. It was a cozy, comfortable place to meet up with our son and his family. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds comfortable, and had lots of towels. It was even a great place for my husband, who was recovering from a broken hip. The best part was the view, especially from the awesome loft bedroom.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Lovely, nicely decorated, cozy home. A couple things to think about- fix missing vertical blinds to ensure privacy, fireplace needs better directions, and possible window coverings on front windows across from loft- lots of light comes in from harbor during the night. * renters beware of HIGH rate for cleaning, and other fees.

Spent 11 days in this home and our family explored the area! Boy, we picked the right place to stay. Geographically convenient to everything and uber comfy! Will return gir a repeat!

When we arrived after the designated check in time the cleaning crew was still at the property. The house trash cans were full, the dishwasher had not been emptied and there were items still in the fridge from the last guests. Besides that the place was very clean. The property was in a great location. Had a view of the lake and close to town. We did however have the issue with the downstairs shower not working. Though the property manager was very accommodating for this and there was a second shower for us to use during our stay so it didn’t effect the overall trip too much. Overall we had a nice time and the property worked well for our weekend away.

We came to visit family who live in town. The house was just beautiful, spacious and smartly decorated. It's right in the middle of everything, but far enough away for quiet seclusion. We had a great time, and the house was a great part of that! Thank you! :)

This property was everything we hoped for and expected. Incredibly clean and cozy. The electric fireplace was beautiful and heated up the place quickly. The beds were super comfortable and the views from the master made it hard to get out of that comfy bed each morning! Having stayed in the winter, being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus. The ping pong table was a happy surprise. We had a blast playing each night. If I had to critique one thing it would be the hot water…if a family of four had to all shower try to pace the showers out at different times of day because it runs out quick! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

What a gem. Hard to tell anyone had ever stayed here before, it looked & felt brand new & the attention to detail was second to none. Very cozy from the minute you walk in, and the simplicity & uncluttered nature made it so welcoming with the high ceilings, walls of windows & endless daylight pouring in. Highly recommend for a couple or small family. Has every amenity you’d ever need for a great getaway to beautiful Coeur d’Alene & northern Idaho. Chris was super responsive & easy to get in touch with, I’d highly recommend this great vacation rental.
