Your group will have multiple private outdoor areas to choose from, depending on everyone's style and mood. Slow down and sip your sweet tea on one of the covered front porch's rocking chairs, enjoy the comfort of the shade and ceiling fan from the wrap-around screened-in porch, or dine al-fresco on the garden patio overlooking the golf course and surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Improve upon happy hours and mealtimes with lake and fairway views. And if you want to make a splash right at home, you can head on over to the shared outdoor pool. The newly updated home is teeming with fine touches like elegant furniture, modern finishes, stylish light fixtures, and two glass-enclosed rain showers, plus quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen. The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
Tipsy Mermaid is located just across the street from one of two beautiful resort-style community pools at the Key West Golf Club, with an exercise facility available in the nearby clubhouse. Key West Golf Club offers a convenient location close to all the area's best attractions from within a quiet gated community. Enjoy a leisurely bike ride into Old Town or to a sunny beach then come back to cool off in one of the Key West Golf Club's two pools. You'll also find walking paths, ideal for long dog walks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
