Welcome to Vista sui Vigneti ~ View of the Vines. As soon as you turn onto Warm Springs road your vacation will begin. Private and gated, newly remodeled home with spectacular views of vineyards and mountain tops. Centrally located between Sonoma and Santa Rosa giving you access to an extravagant variety of award winning wineries and fine dining.
View of the Vines is set up perfectly for families or small groups. The house has 2 main bedrooms, an office / bedroom and a bonus room. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, office/bedroom has trundle bed (sleeps 2), bonus room has queen sofa sleeper, family room has queen sofa sleeper.
The backyard is ready for enjoying warm summer nights next to the fire pit or you can wander out front and enjoy the amazing views from the hot tub or gazebo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a home chef would want.

This home is wonderfully appointed, clean and comfortable. It is delightfully off the beaten track but accessible to many Sonoma County gems. We had 4 adults and all were quite comfortable. One of the sofa beds noted in the description is really a trundle, so much more a bed than sofa which my adult daughter appreciated! Brenda made check in a breeze. Can’t wait to return sometime!

Brenda was an incredible host! She answered my questions, provided a seamless check in & checkout experience and her property was clean and cozy. We had a group of 6 girls for a Bachelorette Weekend and it was the perfect fit for us along with having anything you could need or want to entertain. Being from Kenwood I was familiar with the area which made things very easy for me and for my group to get to. Bring clothes, groceries and this place has literally everything else!

My husband and I needed to get away for the weekend and we didn’t want to travel too far because we have a 16 month old toddler. Brenda was very responsive and checkin and out was a breeze. The hot tub was just what we needed after putting our daughter to bed. Every room had a television which is great if you’re sharing the house with a second family. Next time we hope to travel with another family. The house offers so many things to do but we ended up just having a lazy weekend indoors. I highly recommend Kunde Winery at the end of the day.

This is a fantastic rental to enjoy with friends for a weekend or longer in wine country! The house was perfectly set up for entertaining. Well stocked kitchen, great beds, terrific outdoor space including hot tub and fire pit. Very comfortable spaces for catching up and relaxing. Highly recommend!

This house was very nice and clean. The primary bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Our little guy loved playing Pac Man for the first time. The property is wonderful, with lots of chairs and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Thank you for having us!

This property and home were absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us on our girls trip with our own sleeping space. The house was incredibly clean and stocked with welcome snacks and lots of bathroom toiletries. The outdoor space with the patio, fireplace & hot tub were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and we loved the privacy & security of the gated driveway. The home is about 25 minutes from downtown Sonoma so it was nice and quiet with dozens of wineries along the way. It can be tricky to confirm an Uber/Lyft from the home out to Sonoma or Santa Rosa, so plan on driving or schedule a ride the day before (getting a ride back to Kenwood from Sonoma was no problem). Overall this was the perfect place and we would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I, and my cousin/her husband, planned a winery weekend for our 40th/41st birthdays this past weekend. This house was an AMAZING find!! It was centrally located for everything we planned to do, the house was beautiful and very clean, the garden with grill/firepit was gorgeous and the hot tub and gazebo in the little vineyard was icing on the cake. The beds were very comfortable, there were even some snacks (& plenty of coffee filters, the one thing we forgot to grab when we got groceries on the way in). We loved everything about this place. HIGHLY recommend!!

This property was perfect! Exactly what was shown on website. Beautiful scenery and great for a long weekend with sisters and friends! We will definitely stay again. Only thing was internet was spotty. Location miles was good but driving time is double that with traffic. Host responded quickly when we needed anything. Loved the property, people and food! Highly recommend.

This house is great if you are visiting wine country and looking for a central spot close to many wineries! The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for including games and a ping pong table! We had a great time and highly recommend ending your day of wine tasting in the hot tub. Would definitely love to come back!

From the first contact Brenda was amazingly communicative and helpful. Messaging us day of with a welcome was responsive to questions and so welcoming. The space is wonderful! It’s roomy without feeling massive, there is a variety of rooms/sizes and two full bathrooms. The home is very warm and cozy! My favorite part was the kitchen. I’ve never stayed at a rental stocked with so much (and good quality) kitchenware! Every pan, strainer, knife and bowl you would need is there! As well as a juicer and mixer! I was able to sneak out to the grocery and wake everyone up with fresh made orange juice (and mimosas). Highly recommended this spot if you’re looking for something close to Napa or if you want to explore the vineyards around Kenwood.

Great house, great location; privacy at home, but close to everything. This house and location puts the country in wine country. Explore the area during the day, with great restaurants and wineries in every direction, but then come home, relax and recharge. Chill in the hot tub that overlooks the hills and vines. Gather around the fire pit and hangout under the strung lights, or the stars. Prepare a nice dinner and enjoy it sitting comfortably around the dining table. There’s plenty of seating for everyone - indoors and out. There’s an eight person dining table off of a nicely stocked kitchen with open and plentiful counter-space. The house is beautifully decorated, has super comfy beds, sheets, towels, etc., and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. We were there in the winter and the large gas fireplace was so cozy. Now we want to stay in the summer so we can enjoy all the charm of the backyard and countryside. Definitely recommend.

Our party was 2 adult couples and this property was a prefect fit. Clean, comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Each couple had their own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Owner (Brenda) was very friendly and accommodating. The multiple outdoor spaces for lounging were great to mix things up on evenings spent at home. Loved the PacMan, Mortal Combat, Ski Ball, Corn Hole, and Ping Pong! Great additions to entertain. Location just outside Kenwood was good for us. Only downfall could be that there are no en-suite bathrooms. This was not an issue for us, but others may find it a problem. Would 100% stay here again.

The house is amazing!! Kitchen is incredibly well equipped for cooking meals for large groups. The decor in all of the rooms is beautiful - and there is even a real old-school pacman video game in one of the rooms!! The grounds are immaculate - so much space to relax in the backyard. The jacuzzi and gazebo in the front yard are fantastic places to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine - and both are looking out at the wonderful view. The hostess was very quick to respond to questions. Overall A++ experience - highly recommend this house - and we will be back in the fall for a weekend getaway!!!
