Extremely spacious. Can very comfortably sleep 12 people. The beds were all awesome too. Wonderful home for hosting. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill & tv, and multiple outdoor lounge and dining spaces made this a hosting dream. Great kitchen and indoor dining room too. Perfect for large families or groups. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and more in the heart of Rosemary. Owners/property managers were wonderful and very responsive! Will definitely be staying here again.

Rosemary Beach is a beautiful location for a family gathering and this house had everything for a family, from infant to teen to grandparents. It is located on a quiet street. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful for cooking up a family meal while the kids and family enjoy the pool. It is close to everything yet very private. The property manager was responsive to our inquiries.

This house was perfect and exactly what we wanted and needed for our break. The backyard was our own private oasis and it was on a quiet street at the back of Rosemary with all the conveniences a short walk away. After a couple of recent ankle surgeries and no beach (sand) orders from my doctor the backyard, location, privacy and comfort was so appreciated by myself and the rest of the family could come and go to all of the other amenities. The house was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated and everyone in our party claimed that their bed was so comfortable- that has never been my experience in any rental property.
This is my favorite VRBO or rental property that we have ever stayed in. Thank you for a lovely week in your home.

We had a wonderful time at the Zen Den! The house was exactly as described in the listing. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 kids and two adults. The kids loved having a pool to play in nonstop while we were at the house. The kitchen was well-equipped with a the tools needed to cook breakfast daily and a couple of other meals here and there. Communication was great! Overall, it was a great stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

July in Rosemary
The house was even nicer in person than it looks from the listing. There was plenty of space for our 4 teenagers and 3 adults to spread out. The pool area was wonderful and much larger than houses we have stayed at in the past. It is located towards the back of Rosemary, but this was nice as it removed us from the traffic of 30A. The walk to the beach was still manageable even in the hot(about .4 mi). Additionally, the house had everything you might want as far as pots and pans, cooking utensils. They even had the basics covered for us(coffee filters, garbage bags, dishwasher soap). We would definitely consider another stay here.
