We had a great stay at Camp War Eagle when we visited Auburn! The home is very spacious, clean and well stocked. Mary was a great host and responded quickly when I had a question about how to use the thermostat. Publix and restaurants where close by. My kids enjoyed all the fire-flies in the back yard. Thanks for letting us stay at home.

This home was perfect for our group! We traveled 7.5 hours in for a wedding and did not make it until after midnight. The host knew we would be in late so they left lights on for us, and there was a basket of snacks on the counter. We have a 2 year old and he quickly found toys and puzzles. The house was clean, comfortable, a convenient location to Stone and Ivy, and large enough for everyone to have their own space, and had perfect sleeping arangements for parents with small kids. We will book on our next trip in for a football game! War Eagle!

All went smoothly

We enjoyed the proximity to campus and close by restaurants and grocery stores. The fenced-in backyard was great and the host was accommodating. The weather was great but regrettably, there was no outdoor furniture to sit in, despite there being two porches and a deck.

Our family stayed here for my son’s AU graduation and it was the perfect spot for us. We loved the dining room table to work on a puzzle while we spent time together. I’m so glad we decided to rent this verses just all saying at the same hotel. Also my son needed a place to stay between his condo leases so it gave him a consistent place before and after his graduation and the cost was reasonable. The host also was willing to give us a late checkout as his move in plans shifted a day but we ended up not needing it. The only small thing was the thermostat reset to a higher temp than we set during the night and in hindsight I should’ve just reached out to the host the next day to have her change that going forward. I just didn’t take the time to ask.

We really wanted a spot where teens and adults could have their own beds and this worked out perfectly. It is definitely more of a cottage feel vs a modern house but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. The back porch was our most used gathering spot. It is a nice, quiet spot surrounded by woods. We made a few meals onsite and found everything we needed for cooking and serving our meals. A good time was had by all.

This home was absolutely perfect for our visit with our Daughter for parents weekend at Auburn. The house was super clean and spacious. Mary was so responsive and left us a nice basket of snacks. My nephew was bring his infant and Mary had a pack and play already set up when we out there along with some baby bath items in the bathroom. We will stay here anytime we can when visiting Auburn.

Wonderful home and hosts - highly recommend
After searching for a last minute location to spend a weekend in Auburn, we came across the Serenity Cottage and are so glad we did! Located not too far from Auburns campus it was a perfect home to spend the weekend in with our two children and my parents. It was very clean, welcoming, and a great space to create some Auburn football weekend family memories. The hosts were awesome, very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our girls loved the bunk bed room. We would definitely stay again!
