Once inside this large, upstairs, 2400 square foot space, you will forget that you are even inside a condo! Beautifully designed and stocked to be the perfect place for your Branson Getaway.

LIVING AREA

Large Open floor plan and living room, perfect for family time. Enjoy watching, from the living room window, as the golfers put at the first green.

UPSTAIRS LOFT/STUDIO SPACE

We have designed this open loft area to feel like a studio apartment. Enjoy game night with foosball and a multi cade video game. Large sectional to watch a streamed movie and more sleeping space with a queen bedroom and room divider for some privacy.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully-stocked, high-end kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stocked to create meals for your group!

Sip morning coffee in the eat in kitchen, the kitchen island with seating for two, or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps 10 guests comfortably in three plus bedrooms. Our mattresses are guest favorites!! Retreat to the main floor master king suite with en-suite bathroom and a walk in shower. Second King bedroom and bathroom on the main level as well. Head upstairs to find a double queen bedroom, bathroom, and the open loft space with a queen bed. Smart TV's in all bedrooms to stream your Netflix and enjoy a late night show before a restful nights sleep.

OUTDOOR AREA

My favorite space!! Take in the Ozark beauty as you gaze over Lake Taneycomo directly behind the condo, and the golf course to the left of the condo. Watch the kiddos from the deck as they play on the playground also located directly behind the condo.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the condo. Parking is first come first serve. Washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

Very nice accommodations, beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies including towels! Nicely decorated and lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was a very special, comfortable place to stay. We had 3 couples, and 3 children. It was perfect for us. Nice places for the kids to hang, as well as the adults. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. Brenda was very easy to communicate with, and answered all questions. Thank you! We hope to be back!

Great condo and plenty of space for the entire family. Kids loved the loft with the video games and the extra large sofas. Great pool and golf course. Brenda was great to deal with. Brenda took care of a small issue with the hot water heater on Sunday and was extremely helpful ASAP. Very clean and updated decor.

We had a great time. It was nice and clean and the air condition worked great. The only thing we had a little issue was with the cable TV. We were able to use the fire stick and that was no problem but the cable couldn’t get it to work. Other than that everything was great.

The unit had everything we needed! Loved being an end unit, close to playground, & it had a nice pool for our little ones. There were nine of us in the unit & we had plenty of room. Brenda (the manager) was great to work with. The only negative….we had to checkout. None of us were ready to leave!

Enjoyed the “Divine Digs” very much. It was spotless and beds were great. The location has easy access to the lake and playground and is very quiet. Brenda, the host is outstanding. She responded immediately to inquiries. Will definitely plan to stay here when we return to Branson.

The Divine Digs in Point Royale Golf Village was a wonderful choice for our recent family vacation in Branson! The owner/property manager, Brenda Murray, clearly communicated with us everything we needed to know about the property. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. that we needed to prepare meals there. Behind the condo was a lovely playground that our grandchildren enjoyed. We were there in mid May so the outdoor pool was not open yet, but the kids enjoyed the large indoor pool. Before our trip Brenda Murray sent a link to download a digital guidebook for The Divine Digs. It contained lots of valuable information about the condo and some of her local favorite recommendations. We will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing stay at The Divine Digs! Brenda is amazing and communicates so well making sure everything is perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked! The bedrooms were spacious. The upstairs is perfect for fun and for the kids. We have no complaints. Everything was great. The condo was extremely clean. The location is perfect. You are away from the busy strip but still close enough to get anywhere fast. We loved the back patio, the playground and being by the river/lake. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying in this well decorated condo. I am a clean freak and this passed my inspection. Nothing for me to clean. The furniture was not only stylish, it was very comfy. I love the set up with each bedroom having a private bathroom. The older girls loved the games. We hope to return in the future.

What a wonderful time we had at this place! It is spacious and comfy! Plenty of room for everyone! Close to the water and all the amenities that Pointe Royale had to offer. We all decided that this was our favorite place we have ever stayed in while visiting Branson! And they have so much already there for you (ex shampoo, soap, kitchen stuff, ect)! We cannot wait to go back!

This was a great condo in Pointe Royal Golf Resort. The condo was well furnished and the resort had great amenities. Appliances were new and beds were comfortable. There was Foosball and arcade games that was enjoyed by all. Owner was easy to contact. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others. Condo location was a short drive to all that Branson has to offer.

Condo was beautiful. The Christmas tree was an added bonus. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Master bed was a little higher than I’m used to. Hubby had to pull me into bed each night. LOL. Everyone had a great time!

We could not have been happier that we rented this property. We had 4 generations in the home parents, grandparents, great-grandma and two children ages 4 and 8. The home was excellently furnished -everything we needed and more! Located so conveniently to the Branson strip and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable and homey. It felt like our home away from home for the week. We would stay at this exact property again next time we visit Branson.

Our family with four sons ranging from 11 to 21 had a wonderful, but too short, stay in this beautiful condo while visiting Branson. The condo has a very tranquil feel to it and is open and airy. The upstairs gameroom was a big hit. Another popular spot, especially for the grown ups, was the balcony with a view towards the river. We did not take advantage of the resort offerings, including the playground just below the condo which would have been a popular destination for our kids a few years ago, but there seemed to be lots of space for running around outside, pool, tennis, golf, etc. And the river is a very short walk away, with good opportunities for fishing. We had a wonderful time, both hanging out in the condo and doing things in Branson, and hope to be back!

This condo was ideal for our large family. We have 7 children and nobody had to feel cramped during our stay or stand in long lines waiting for their turn in the shower. The beds were very comfortable (In fact, I didn't wake up with a back ache every morning like I do at home and may buy the same mattress for myself!) The neighborhood was very nice and we especially liked that it was a gated community. The children loved playing the games up in the loft in the evening. Brenda was always very quick in responding the few times that we had to communicate with her. My only small recommendation is that while the condo is certainly cleaner than anywhere we have stayed before since it is newly renovated, it would be nice if the maids would at least do a quick dust of things like side tables and dressers in between renters. It had obviously been quite a while and we had to clean them before we could place our items on them. But it only took a few minutes to do and would certainly not prevent us from renting this condo again or recommending it to others for their stay.
