Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor at Harbourside at Marker 33, has a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 Queen beds (sleeps 8) and a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal. Every reservation comes with 4 daily water park passes to the onsite water park and one parking pass and is a 3/5 minute walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants with in walking distance along with bike and boat rentals. 4 DAILY water park passes are included with every reservation along with one garage parking pass. 3 to 5 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach. (2 waterpark pass cards equals entry for 4 people, each card accomodates entry for 2 people)

Come stay in this lovely room which at Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park. For your convenience there are coin operated Washer/dryer (right next door), should the unit's stackable unit not fully accomodate your laundry needs. This unit includes 4 DAILY water park passes and one parking pass. You will have access to the water park, 6th and 7th floor sundecks. I will be available via cell phone or messaging through the site. You are within walking distance to many restaurants, boat and bike rentals, candy stores, ice cream parlor and a CVS that has about everything you may need. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a daily minimal fee. You will need to take the water park passes to the water park entrance before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wrist band to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes need at a 50% discount.This unit comes with 4 DAILY water park passes (2 pass cards, each card accomodates 2 persons per card) and one parking pass. Owner/management company provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag, hand soap, a laundry pod and dishwasher soap. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

Each bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds, and the Living Room has a pull out Queen sleeper sofa if you have 9 and/or 10 guests. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest)

There are 3 thermostats in the unit, they all must be on cool or heat to work but temperature can be adjusted on each one.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

Have stayed at several condos on this complex. This one was one of the best. No problems at all. Beds Comfortable. Provided plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and beach toys. Very clean and neat. Nice overlook of intercoastal. Overall, Great, will definitely stay again!

The property was very clean. The location was great. The only negative was a few things need to be updated. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. The front bedroom mattresses were uncomfortable. The waterpark was great.

This property was perfect! Not far at all from the beach, had an amazing view and was also super clean when we got there. The owner was also very quick with answering any questions we had. I loved this and would 1000% come back!

This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach. We came with our family (3 kids and grandparents) and stayed for 6 nights over New Years. At this time the days are short and the weather is nice, but not hot. As such, we spent more time in the unit than others would if they stayed a different time of year. The unit is basic and was equipped with only the essentials-even then items such as a strainer or cheese grater are not included. Often at short stay condos, the cupboards have other items left behind by previous guests (oil, spices etc) which is nice. Here, only salt and pepper remained. The furniture is basic and quite cheap. The couch is comfortable, but that fits only 2 or 3 people. The beds were OK, but the front bedroom could benefit from an option of curtains over the blinds (mornings are bright!). In contrast, the back bedroom is extra dark. There also weren’t any other fun ‘touches’, like a few games to play/cards. Good thing we brought our own. The splash harbour passes were a nice bonus, but given the time of year, they didn’t get much use as the days are short, temperatures cool, and the park is in shade much of the day. I chose this unit due to the exceptional reviews. On staying I would say this is an overall 2 or 3 star unit, but gets higher ratings due to its general location and responsiveness of manager. If the unit is just a place to sleep for you, then this one will do.

We had so much fun for my 21st bday!! Only problem was we ran out of toilet paper and there wasn’t any extras anywhere so we had to get some on our own just maybe supply a little more since the listing sleeps so many people !

We had a wonderful time! With four kiddos in tow, it was a very quick and easy walk to the beach, the water park and restaurants! We loved having the beach chairs and wagon left for us to use and Debra was great to work with. Very family friendly property and the views off the back patio were incredible-we saw dolphins many mornings!

What a nice, clean place to stay! And a very convenient walk both to the beach and to a number of restaurants. The water park was OK. Our kids have frequented a better one, but this is still far more than a hotel pool. Five stars.

This is just an amazing location and a very well kept property. I would definitely say it may be our new favorite location. The walk to the beach is nothing, the water park is perfect for kids. Overall, just great. Indian Rocks Beach is very welcoming to tourists. We had great service at local restaurants and loved the ice cream place. The parking lot can be a bit chaotic on weekends, but overall it worked! Just an FYI for nervous travelers, you will not receive rules/instructions/etc until 3 on the day of check-in. However, there is a lot of street parking around the condo if you want to park nearby and get your first beach trip in. I generally like reading all the rules prior to getting to a VRBO, as I have two little kids and reading the rules while being begged to go somewhere doesn't work well. That's the only reason I rated the comms with the property owner lower. I reached out asking for rul s and they responded that I'd get it on day of check-in.

We had a wonderful time here! It was a great location, a short walk to the beach, the water park was a hit for the kiddos (4,6,9). We loved being able to sit outside and have the marina view. We did the water park during the day and caught the sunset every night. The kids loved the ice cream shop, which was also a short walk away. The coffee shop next to the ice cream shop was also great! This was perfect for our 2 families! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable! It also had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again!

This location in a great location with access to all the beautiful beaches on the coastline. Very short walk to Indian Rocks Beach. Something for everyone. Our young adult children enjoyed the independence of walking to local shops, ice cream, bakery, beaches and fully enjoyed the on premises water park! Uber rides were cheap to John’s Pass, Sunset Beach and more. The condo was great. Back balcony overlooks boat dock and channel. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the place and the the area. With an infant (5mo.) we loved the rocking chair. Kitchen was perfect for us after a day at the beach or at the attached water park! Plenty of room in the rooms and bathrooms. Things we didn’t like are the only 4 pool passes. So we had to purchase extra ones every time all of us went to the pool. Also I think everyone in our group who can walk hit our legs on the bed frames as they had hidden beams that you wouldn’t see until you hit them with a foot or shin. Overall would definitely recommend this place though. We would stay here again

It was everything we wanted and perfect for a family with children. The kids (and adults :-)) loved the water park. Location was close to everything and the beach was walking distance. The condo smelled so clean when we entered. It was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach with no problem. Super nice and laid back area. All the extra add-ins were so nice. We got use out of the beach wagon and chairs. We will definitely be returning to this unit.

Location was great. Waterpark was good for a day for my teenagers. Beach was 5 min walk....perfect.Condo was excellent...all remodeled. Loved having a patio overlooking the intercoastal and all the boats. Great experience....great location. Thanks for everything.
