We were so happy with the accommodations. Billy is a first class host. He made sure to go into detail on everything in the home, and regularly followed up to see if everything was okay. We would happily stay here again!

This property is beautifully located, designed, built, furnished, and decorated. The site pictures really don't do it justice. Beautiful views onto a secluded bay are reflected in the local art on the walls. If you are a star-gazer, the night skies are dark and expansive.
A comfortable place to hang out for the day if the weather is poor and close to the beaches when the weather is good.
This was a great find and we look forward to staying here again.

Fabulous experience! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The property is beautiful and very livable, with a dream kitchen, bathrooms and common spaces. Billy, the key contact, was very responsive to all communications and made sure we had everything we needed. Location is convenient to beaches, restaurants and walking trails. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the Tofino area.

The house was immaculate and was very comfy. Billy stocked it perfectly for us to be able to cook some fish we caught on our trip. Lots of very thoughtful touches. It’s a beautiful home with a really amazing sound system. We can’t wait to visit again. Billy is a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed.

This home is one of the most amazing VRBOS we have stayed in across the USA, Costa Rica and Europe! It is spotless, modern and has every amenity you could want. The deck view from the living room and master bedroom are lovely of a bay where the tide rises and falls. If you like to walk, Chesterman’s beach is down and across the street. We highly recommend walking the Lighthouse Loop in Ucluelet. Beautiful views! We enjoyed lunch at the Eagles Nest Pub in Ucluelet watching 4 eagles over the bay while we ate. Jamie’s Whaling for bear and otter watching was excellent. If you love the outdoors and enjoy pampered accommodations after a day out… this is the one!

This was one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in. The house is new and in perfect condition. The view from the master bedroom and the family room is spectacular. The house is spacious and laid out well. The finishes and appliances are top of the line. There is ample parking and the location is amazing….it is 5 minutes to downtown and a 5 minute peaceful walk to Chesterman Beach. As well, the owner is a very attentive and considerate host making sure we had everything we needed and checking in via text every day with us to see how he could make our stay more enjoyable.
Seriously…..this is the place to stay if you are traveling with 4 or 2 people. We have tried the hotel scene in Tofino and there is no comparison….stay here….better price….better place….better location….better host.

From the beginning, Billy was very easy to communicate with and was kind enough to accommodate us regarding allergies within my family. Billy's home was very clean from top to bottom, and the workmanship is lovely. The view is spectacular and calming, as the tide flows in and out. The location is ideal as the property is an easy bike ride to Chesterman Beach and Cox Bay Beach, both of which are jaw-dropping in their beauty. The wild west coast at its finest. If you can bring your bikes, the trail system in Tofino is awesome. We also enjoyed a yummy family dinner at The Shed - the salmon and kale bowl was delicious and my family raved about the burgers - simple and yummy. We also enjoyed a lunch in Ucluelet at the Cedar Grill after taking in the great aquarium; the seafood pasta brought me a lot of joy! The Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet should not be missed. But back to Billy's house... you won't regret staying here. It is lovely through and through, and has everything that you could possibly need to relax and get away from the busyness of life. And Billy truly cares about the home and ensuring his guests are happy. Thank you Billy!

My family had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and Billy really went above and beyond to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. The house was beautifully appointed with home comforts and the kitchen was ideal for cooking. We wouldn’t have changed anything - the home, setting, location to the trail, town and beaches were all great!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return. Location is fantastic, just a short drive into town, positioned in a very peaceful location and with a lovely view into the bay behind. The property itself has been recently built, is modern and finished to a high standard. The sense of space and light is a joy. Communication with Billy was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Might be the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in
Not sure what else I can say...this is a beautiful, new property. We've stayed in some very nice VRBO properties on our travels and after we walked in my wife said "this is the nicest place we've ever stayed in." The house is basically brand new and feels like one of those model homes that you see on TV (in a good way). The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, knives, and cookware and is great for anybody who wants to cook at the unit. The view out the back is beautiful and peaceful watching the tide come in and out. Billy is a great host and gave plenty of good recommendations in town and is always available with any questions you might have. You won't go wrong with this property!

Peaceful place by the sea
I wasn’t able to stay at Billy’s property so I’m reporting the experiences of my son and his girlfriend. They found the place to be immaculate, well-equipped and perfectly situated off the road and overlooking an inlet within easy reach of Tofino and Cox Bay. They particularly enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable living room and looking at the night sky through the skylights. Hopefully we’ll be back next year. Thanks Billy!

Fantastic treehouse in Tofino!
We had a great stay at Billy's home. Clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed rain or shine! It was amazing to feel like you're really up in the trees! Billy was also really responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Looking forward to our next trip back to Tofino!

Modern and comfortable
Location is on the other side of the highway from the beaches, but in a quiet neighbourhood. .
Communication with property manager was excellent. Checkin orocess easy with keys in a lock box.
Very clean and modern house. 2 bedrooms on ground floor, one with onsuite plus additional bathroom. Upstairs open concept living/dining/ kitchen with great fireplace and appliances. Great view out to tidal inlet. Only suggestion is property needs to upgrade bathroom towels and needs additional pillows for the beds.
Very comfortable for 4 people. Short drive to town or surf beaches.

The property is brand new, clean, fully loaded with all of the supplies that guests could possibly need.

This is a great 2 bedroom house for exploring Tofino in comfort. Its well appointed kitchen , comfortable beds and attention to details makes all the difference. The host was very helpful making sure everything ran smoothly and we had everything we needed. Will return for sure.

This home was everything we could have hoped for but mostly I would call it peaceful! Everything was as promised. Staying here was reviving! The owner did not skimp on things and he has created a true haven for people wishing to visit the Tofino area.

As good as it gets!
This is an immaculate, beautifully designed property in a spectacular location. Imbedded in nature with gorgeous views of the ever changing tidal flats, the house is bright, extremely comfortable and and private. It is fully equipped for any length of stay. Billy is a super host. Nothing was too much trouble to make us feel at home. He gave us a warm welcome and was very generous with his time introducing us to Tofino.

Great home, great host.
This was a completely beautiful home to stay at while visiting Tofino: quiet and private location and short drive into town. We may have been to the first to stay as everything appeared brand new. Heated floors, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. everything was well designed and appointed. Gourmet kitchen stocked with a nice complement of the basics. Billy was the host: offsite but easy to contact, made sure our stay was worry free... completely nice person. Thank you.

Long Weekend Stay
The house is splendid as is the location. Ocean view is nice although the bay is largely in a low tide state. Overall, a very nice and peaceful experience.
