We had a wonderful 2 days at this home. So much to offer, views, games, lake equipment. The owners let us know of a Bald Eagles nest across the way and we were able to kayak accross and see them. It was a relaxing time that we appreciate very much! The house has everything you need and then some! We would recommend this home to friends and families looking to spend time at the lake!

The house was as described and is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and even small amenities that was provided though not used. Would definitely book again. The only thing we found a little difficult was getting the paddle boat and kayaks in and out of the water. Although we were able to do it fairly easy. Great stay and wonderful place!! 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful time and the house was wonderful. Had everything we could ever want or need. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the fire pit a lot! We plan to rent again.

Let me give you the run down:
Communication - ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the beginning, the owners were in contact with us. No surprises before, during, or after our stay.
Location - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home is right on the lake with the most amazing views! I mean stunning! The closest grocery store is pretty far away but that’s one of the reasons it is so quiet.
Home - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m not kidding when I tell you the owners thought of everything! Once we arrived, we found the indoor temperature perfect! There were snacks & bottled water awaiting us as well. They had all the fixings for your morning coffee or tea and S’mores fixings for the evening. It is updated decorated so beautifully! They had all the light switches and pertinent items labeled to make it super easy to figure how things worked. No guessing what goes where. It was amazing!
Cleanliness - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m nit picky and I couldn’t find one thing I could complain about!!
Responsiveness - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The P trap of the kitchen sink sprung a leak and we couldn’t run water. In less than 90 minutes they were there and gone. Problem solved!
Entertainment - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They have kayaks, a paddle board, & a paddle boat. The three teenage girls with us were on the lake at every opportunity. They also have a nice 75” TV in the media room to watch movies.
Run don’t walk to rent this property! Even in the fall, it would be a wonderful trip!

Not even the smallest of details was missed. Donald and Alisha have thought of everything you could need or want. Beautiful home, beautiful location, excellent communication. They have clearly put in the effort so you can have a stress free stay.

Property is just as description states. View of the lake is incredible! They have everything you need - coffee/tea, snacks and water, and firewood for the firepit. Lake "toys" also included, which is a huge plus. The owners communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Definitely plan to come back.

Quaint Little Cottage
Very nicely renovated lake house. The owners did an exceptional job providing all the amenities you will need for your stay. Located in the desirable Blue Springs cove. Southern summers are very hot and unfortunately the HVAC unit is inadequate to cool the space. Main floor was consistently over 80 degrees. The loft was uninhabitable. There are no ceiling fans in any room making for very uncomfortable nights. I would highly recommend during the spring or fall but would not return in the summer until resolved. You will not have access to the thermostat as it is in a "locked" box. At this price point, I want to control my thermostat. Otherwise, a charming little cottage with all the amenities you would expect.

Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed lakehouse
We arrived on Monday for a 3 night stay at the lake. We have stayed at many rentals and this one definitely stands out, from the owners to the small details. The owners have thought of almost everything you might need during your stay. There were several kayaks, a paddle boat, firepit with wood and smores supplies. They even had charcoal for your use. We appreciated the little touches of coffee, tea, honey, breakfast bars, and water bottles. Ample room for large family to spread out but cozy enough for two. Everything has been updated and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our time out on the lake then knowing we had a cozy retreat waiting on us at the end of the day. We watched tv downstairs in the comfiest reclining chairs and the owners even provided snacks for your movie time. House was exceptionally clean and there were cleaning supplies if you needed any. We really had fun here and I would recommend to any couple or family wanting a little lake getaway.

Perfect Getaway
We loved this house! Everything is updated and comfy. The home is clean and inviting. We enjoyed all the little extras like coffee pods and stuff to make s’mores. Plus the kayaks and paddle boat. It was a wonderful, relaxing, long weekend. We definitely plan to come back!
