The moment you step inside this beautiful, newly built dwelling you will feel relaxed and at home. The 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 living zones, and outdoor decks and balconies offer plenty of space to spread out, yet provide an environment ideal for family and friends wanting to spend quality time together.
Enjoy the good life with the luxurious and spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you need for your cooking pleasure. Dine indoors at the family setting for 10, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy a BBQ dinner in the great outdoors overlooking the water while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze.
Retire to one of the two large living spaces and make the most of the amenities on offer, including 2 smart TV’s (bring your Netflix and Stan passwords!), DVD player, a PlayStation 4, small DVD collection, board games and downstairs kitchenette. Free Wi-Fi is also available for you to stay connected. There is an additional TV in the master bedroom.
The large garage includes a table tennis table for lots of holiday fun! There you will also find push bikes (1 x men’s, 1 x ladies & 2 x mid-size - BYO helmets required) that you are welcome to use to explore the beautiful area. A beach cart is at your service too, allowing you to cart all of your beach toys to the nearby, family friendly Cape Woolamai safety beach.
The 5 spacious bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. Bed configurations are as follows:
• Bedroom 1 (with walk-in robe & en-suite bathroom): king sized bed
• Bedroom 2: queen bed
• Bedroom 3: triple bunk (double bed at bottom & single bed at top)
• Bedroom 4: triple bunk (double bed at bottom & single bed at top)
• Bedroom 5: bunk bed (single bed at bottom & single bed at top)
NOTE: Unless ordering our linen service, guests are required to BYO bed linen and bath towels. Linen hire may not be available during peak season and long weekends.
There are 2.5 bathrooms (no queueing up!) and the main bathroom includes a shower, vanity and bathtub for the kids to splash around in.
The 3 split systems will assure you of a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
The location of this property is definitely a winning factor! It's situated in a sought after new housing estate, where a 300mtr stroll will take you to Cape Woolamai safety beach, a calm beach with golden sands, popular for swimming, paddle boarding and beach walks. A wander up this stretch of beach will take you to the Norman Hill sand dunes where you can try your hand at sandboarding down the 40mtr slope (bring your boogie board!).
A short drive from this property will take you to world renowned Cape Woolamai surf beach, patrolled seasonally and popular with surfers, fishermen and beachcombers. A 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk will take you to the local shops where there is a small supermarket and a terrific choice of eateries.

Guests under age 25 must be with a parent or guardian who will be present at the property for the duration of the stay. We DO NOT accept schoolies groups. If you and your group are under 25 years of age, please do NOT request to book this property. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.
PARKING : There is space for 3 cars in the driveway. There is space for 1 car in the garage if the table tennis is packed up. There is an additional space in a carport out the rear of the garage. Local laws do not allow guests to park in the street.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID: This property is managed by Norton Property Professionals. To secure your booking, you will need to sign our Rental Agreement and supply us with your driver’s license within 48 hours of making your booking.

This modern family home is in a fantastic location, with a short walk to the beach that suitable for small children, and it’s a short drive to Cape Woolamai surf beach. The local tavern and restaurants are also a short walk. The house is clean and comfortable, and big enough for a large family with two separate lounge rooms .

We were a party of 4 adults (2 couples) and 6 children (4-11) and it accommadated us perfectly.The property was well equiped however with the kitchen and main living upstairs it was a trek with groceries, beer and wine etc; probably not suitable for older people. The weather wasn't very nice during our stay which meant our relaxation on the upstairs balcony was a bit cold and windy.

Beautiful place
We all had such an amazing time, was very clean and spacious for our two little ones to play which was great. Having the table tennis there definitly was good fun, especially whilst being there we had bad wet weather. Property manager was also very informative and easy to deal with. Would definitly recommend this place!

Great Getaway
Coastal Breeze was a fabulous place for our group (we had 9) with loads of room in the kitchen/dinning and living area for eating and games of all sorts. Great open plan allows for everyone to do their own thing but still be in the same space.
Screens on all the windows (and there were lots) allowed for letting the airflow through and cooling down on the hotter days.
A couple of annoying things, like a wobbly dishwasher and no soap holders in the showers but we lived through theses and came up with resourceful solutions.

Amazing property
The house was amazing. Every bed in the house was comfortable, not just the master. Property manager was also incredibly nice and helpful, answering all my questions, no matter how silly. I highly recommend this place.
