Longer Stay Discounts! Love the relaxing AZ life at this 4 bedroom home located in a Avondale neighborhood near the I-10. It boasts a large backyard swimming pool with connected spa (pool/spa heating optional), a backyard BBQ, multiple patio sitting areas, and a pool table. The home has been recently furnished and upgraded and is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay (please ask us for our longer term discounts).

Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.
This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with private swimming pool and connected spa (heating optional), BBQ, and patio area. The home is 2700 square feet with vaulted ceilings and has been recently furnished.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with king size bed and attached full bathroom
Guest bedroom 1 with king size bed
Guest bedroom 2 with queen size bed
Guest bedroom 3 with queen size bed
Common area with queen sofa bed
COMMON AREAS:
Large Kitchen, dining room and living room.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. 2 more vehicles can be parked in the driveway. There is no overnight street parking.

HEATING OPTIONAL:
The swimming pool/spa are not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool and/or spa option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $50/night plus tax and fees for spa only or $75/night plus tax and fees for pool and spa (pool and spa combo option requires a 1-week minimum purchase) added on to your reservation cost. We want guests to understand this home`s pool setup in order to better set expectations. The pool and spa are connected and so the two can heat together to the temperature of the pool but in order to heat the spa to a hot tub the pool cannot be heating at the same time. For spa option guests please let us know the times of the day you would want the spa on (i.e. morning from 7-9am, evening from 7-10 pm) so that we can create a schedule for it to run during those times. It will not be heated 24/7 during your stay.

***Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We have a maximum of 3 dogs. We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) and have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay.
*Home does have a camera on the exterior of the home only at the front door.

This is a quiet neighborhood with multiple grocery stores within 5-10 minutes driving and numerous restaurants nearby.
Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

Very nice! Little confusion with jacuzzi but overall great!

This house provided us the perfect space for our visit to the area. The pool area was perfect! We shot several games of pool and took advantage of the nice grill provided. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to eat a couple meals in. The property manager was very responsive and the information on local attractions was very helpful. We would highly recommend the hike at Verrado Lost Creek Trail if you are looking to explore the AZ countryside. We would highly recommend this space!

First off, the responsiveness of the owner was amazing. Very quick to answer all my questions. The property is in a great neighborhood, and the house is very well laid out. Spacious rooms, huge kitchen, and beautiful backyard with a heated pool were all we needed for a great vacation getaway.

Loved the house and pool. Well stocked for cooking, plenty of room. Only two bathrooms caused slow downs at times but we were accommodating.
