About this apartment rental
Wonderful attic with a breathtaking lake view, located in Residenza Miralago with a shared infinity pool and garden, a few steps away from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and to the public beach.
This elegant attic, located on the third and top floor, opens to a living area furnished with a large sofa, a TV, a dining table and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an induction hob, an oven, and a dishwasher. The sleeping area comes with three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and the other ones with a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed each, all of them coming with a spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom. A fourth bathroom completes the apartment.
The gem is the outdoors: a sliding french door in the living area opens to a wonderful and large panoramic terrace with lake view that provides shade during the day and furnished with deckchairs and a seating area where to fully enjoy the colours of the Lake Garda. At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as private garage, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine in the basement of the building.
*Residenza Miralago offers to its guests a wonderful infinity pool with a solarium area (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach.
For a flat rate, guests have access to a charging station for electric vehicles with 22Kw/h max power and charging connector Modo 2. Contact us for further information!

*The reception is open from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm until 6:30 pm.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
Desenzano train station is 15 minutes walking distance, Verona airport is 35 kms away and Milano-Malpensa is around 160 kms away.
