There is also a kitchen, utility, and a living/dining room with electric fire. Outside, there is on-street parking for two cars, a front gravelled garden with furniture, rear courtyard with barbecue, furniture, and an outhouse with furniture and bike storage. Note: The property is in an area where there are close, neighbouring properties inhabited by local people, please consider this when booking and please do not host parties with excessive noise
