7 Spring Close is a lovely detached house situated in Southport, Merseyside. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room. To the outside is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio, and off-road parking for two cars. 7 Spring Close is a lovely escape to this coastal part of England. Please be advised that the maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, no additional overnight guests are permitted. One well behaved dog welcome at £35 supplement, No cats.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Welcome pack. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn and patio. One well behaved dog welcome but is not to be left unattended when quests leave the property, £35 supplement, No cats. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 1.5 miles. Upcoming local events; PGA are holding the golf tournament nearby. Easy commute on the train from Southport to Hollylake. Please note: This property is not able to take Care home bookings. Please be advised that the maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, no additional overnight guests are permitted. A baby travel cot can be provided upon request with a minimum of two days notice. If you would like an earlier check in, please contact Sykes to request this prior to your stay.
