Detached 3 double bedroom family home oozing country charm with a spacious garden.
Close to two quaint villages full of good old English pubs, restaurants & essential shops.
Brighton is just 9 miles away & is bursting with fabulous nightlife, a wide choice of dining, a vibrant seafront scene , not forgetting it’s famous historic attractions:- The Brighton Pier, Lanes & the Royal Pavilion plus more.

Downstairs
As you enter the property the front door takes you into the beautiful hall. To the left of the hall is the first double bedroom. To the right of the hall is the dining room, this takes you through to the comfy lounge with a little office situated at the back of the lounge. There is a second door in the hallway that leads you into a snug before you enter into the large kitchen/diner. There is an additional utility & cloakroom off the kitchen.
Upstairs
To the right of the stairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a en-suite shower room.
To the left of the stairs you’ll find another double bedroom and the main family bathroom with a luxurious claw foot bath.
Outside
There is a large drive in & drive out gravel drive thats fits 3 cars
(There is additional space by the house too for further parking)
There is a large front garden with path leading to the front door.
The kitchen backdoors lead out onto a decking area with a garden table & chairs, walk down 4 steps you’ll find the large garden with beautiful greenery
The entire detached house & large garden is for you & your family to enjoy in peace.

We booked the house for a surprise visit to our daughter who is studying in the area. What a fabulous house. From the moment we booked until when we left today everything has been so easy. The house itself is in an excellent location for all of the places we wanted to visit. We arrived on Friday evening after a long drive and found the house warm and welcoming! It’s beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to make your stay stress free and relaxing. We’ll definitely stay again, possibly in the summer when we can enjoy the large garden. Thank you team for making our experience superb from beginning to the end.

It's a lovely house, very well cared for, most imaginative in its decor and furnishing, and a splendid feeling of comfort, character and space. The back garden is superb. The front's nice too.
We thought it was going to be in the village of Henfield (as advertised!) and it turned out to be in the country. But it's very well positioned for a whole host of amenities and interesting places. The recommendation to seek out The Wheatsheaf proved very helpful. The pub's down-to=earth atmosphere and food are great.
The exits and entrances. to/from the main road beside 'The Elms'. need a certain amount of care, but that was a minor issue with which we coped happily, despite being quite elderly!
The house itself is well protected from the road and exudes a sense of country seclusion.
All in all, it's really special!
