This property did not relate to the pictures we saw when booking the property. It requires some serious maintenance and cleaning, it was filthy! we have photographs of how disgusting it is. The bins had not been emptied from the previous occupants and thick dust and grime every where, it also lacks basic amenities such as waste bins in the rooms, toilet roll holder and usable toilet brush. The cooking utensils and equipment was very sparse. The hoover was full of debris, and some of the crockery was chipped and cracked only leaving 3 usable mugs which meant we couldn't all have a drink at the same time. The shower curtain was dirty with stains the bath took ages to fill and empty. A very disappointing property. We have never experienced anything like this before with other agents we've used. We hope you will amend these issues so that other families can enjoy a better experience.

Lovely homely cottage
We loved staying in this very homely cottage. The quiet location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beautiful countryside. The house is clean and nicely decorated making you feel at home and comfortable. Richard was very prompt with any communication and was happy to assist in any way. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit family in the area.

Nice cottage central location
Central location, tastefully modernised, good size rooms, on street parking directly outside front door, very clean and well presented.
Lots of nice places to eat only a short walk from your door, choice of supermarkets only a 2 minute walk away. Good communication from owner, ideal base for our family of four. Excellent broadband. The only negative there is no outside space, but this is a worthwhile compromise for such a good location within the town.
