Joyful stone house located on a quiet street in the centre of the medieval village of Peratallada, just 15-min drive from the best beaches of Costa Brava and 3mins walk from bars & restaurants of Peratallada.
The house benefits from a large sunny courtyard, is fully renovated and well equipped with special attention paid to make it convenient for families, weekend trips or guests staying for longer periods and working from home.
Sightseeing, horse-riding, golf, best beaches, forest walks & cycling, music venues, trips to nearby vineyards and apple farm are among many available activities.
Free parking on the premises and private parking nearby is available.
HOUSE
On the ground floor there is an open space living room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining space and toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other one with two single beds) and a third room with a sofa bed, which can be used as an office, family sitting room or children playroom. There is also a shower and a toilet on this floor.
The courtyard is 35sq.m., has a dining area, a grill and a parking space.
Baby cot and other children equipment is available free of charge on request.
