This property is the cutest little apartment in the middle of Marseille. The waterfront is a 10 minute walk, and you can go anywhere from there. There are restaurants in every direction, and the locals are incredibly nice.

Was great as just the apartment but the downstairs was pitch black with no lights Fatima the host was great but the only downfall was the downstairs and not nearly enough lights in the property.

Overall this was less than ok, but not a lot can be expected for this price, i guess. As other guests noted, very dusty/dirty, hair all over, paint in things from last painting, maybe ten years ago or more, mold on shower curtain, no soap, broken washing machine, and electric radiators that only worked when it was warm out and they weren't needed. Host agreed to let me leave if i wanted to, which was nice, so it gets an extra star for that. Fine if you just need a place to crash and aren't picky about cleanliness.

The apartment is extremely central and strategic to move around the city centre and Panier. It is well equipped with a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge. Fatima who has welcomed us was very kind and gave us all the needed information. Negative side note is that some things in the house are not really working (light bulbs) and the general cleaning of the house. Overall it has been a very nice stay and would definitely recommend coming !

Loved our stay in Marseille. The apartment has everything you need & is located close to the main port area. Only a 10min walk away. The surrounding streets and alleys are beautiful. It’s a perfect size for two people.

Trop cher pour un Apt mal insonorisé, pas climatisé et mal équipé

Après un accueil parfait lors de l arrivée (grâce à Fatima), nous avons découvert les multiples défauts de l appartement : nous profitons de tous les bruits du quartier et de l immeuble car peu d insonorisation et le manque de clim nous oblige à garder les fenêtres ouvertes; les 2 sorties d eau de la douche fonctionnent en même temps ( on en met partout); invasion de fourmis et découverte d une poudre rouge suspecte sur le plan de travail (contre les fourmis ? PQ ne pas nous avoir prévenus? c est toxique !); Frigo bruyant (la nuit c est gênant pour dormir); lit qui grince bcp; divers meubles cassés...et la propriétaire ne répond jamais aux messages ! Bref, séjour trop cher pour supporter tous ces désagréments!

Les parties communes(escalier) ne sont pas très engageantes mais heureusement l'appartement est très correct et super bien situé dans le vieux quartier du Panier et proche du vieux port avec tous les transports en commun. Un bémol pour l'agencement des toilettes( ne pourraient pas être utilisees par des personnes un peu corpulentes) et le matelas en cuvette qui serait à changer! La personne qui nous accueille est très agréable, merci Fatima !

Appart correspond aux photos. Bien situé. Porte difficile à ouvrir mais on s’habitue. On entend le voisin ronfler 💤 lol. Rapport qualité prix NICKEL 👌 on reviendra ! Merci!

Appartement situé au premier étage est très bien équipé. Excellemment bien situé au coeur quartier du Panier.(proche vieux port: 10 minutes à pied) Petit bémol : la porte de l'immeuble est très compliquée à ouvrir et fermer, il faudrait la rabauter un peu. L'escalier n'est pas entretenu du tout.

Literie absolument à revoir sommier et matelas fatigués Manque protection matelas et oreillers (auréolés sur oreillers) emplacement WC si personnes un peu corpulente l’accès est impossible. Fonctionnement douchette à revoir Simon l’emplacement est impeccable

Très satisfaits du séjour !. Réceptionniste très aimable et souriante. Appartement impeccable, rangé, très bien équipé, propre et calme !. Très bien situé, en plein quartier du Panier. A un nouveau retour a Marseille on choisira le même endroit ! Merci à la proprietaire.

L’endroit étaient infesté de fourmis, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionner pas et la climatisation aussi. La communication n’était pas top cependant l’endroit et super bien situé à proximité de tout.
