Pluses were street parking right in front of the house and several food delivery options nearby... Streets are very narrow there, but didn't present a problem during my stay with two-way traffic. House was clean and air conditioning available throughout.
As mentioned, streets are very narrow, and area is heavily populated and trafficked - so failed to find a parking spot at a local eatery and ended up ordering in instead - not shocking since it is Seattle, so more of a heads up than a dislike - feels like most options are going to be 15-40 minutes by foot, so if you don't mind walking, it's a good option if you decide to head out.

We LOVED this property! The property is in a very cute neighborhood in Ballard and is walking distance to many coffee places and restaurants. The AC was amazing and much appreciated since it was a very hot week in Seattle. The kitchen has everything you would need to make yourself at home. Payton (the owner) responded quickly to any questions we had, even when I had a very silly request that required her to make a visit to the property. I would absolutely recommend this gem of a property and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Payton!

My two teen boys and I came to Seattle to explore and get a feel of the city. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the accessibility to all things Seattle. Very quiet but walkable and charming area. The home is modern and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation.

This spot is a cute, comfortable house! All we needed was there. Easy parking and it made our joyful weekend even more special. We'll use this again next time in Seattle.

This is a very new and nice space. It has an open feel with big windows. The beds are comfortable. The bedding is very nice. The host provided bath robes. We had no trouble finding parking, which is not always the case in Seattle.

Backyard is only fenced on 3 sides. There were a lot of gorgeous windows, many without shades. I felt uncomfortable on the first floor at night. No gift and no drinks as stated on the site. Would still stay here again.

Lovely new home in a great location
The home looks brand new and the decor is lovely. It is well appointed and had everything we needed during our stay- coffee, laundry, etc. The home was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room to spread out. The location is fantastic as you can easily walk to some restaurants, bars and a cafe. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The house is clean, nicely decorated and in a great neighborhood. We did have a few issues, be aware that the yard is not fully fenced if you are bringing a pet. I'm not sure if the "welcome gift and complimentary beverages" were forgotten? There were some bottles of water in the fridg. The Nespresso pods did not fit the machine so we didn't have any coffee and there were only 2 coffee/tea mugs for a house that sleeps 6. It would also be nice to have some extra trash bags available, we only had the one that was already in the can. The house would benefit from dimmer switches in the living room, the windows are really nice but don't have any shades for privacy and your only options are to have the room super bright and exposed or dark. We did actually want to use the washer/dryer for some clothes that got wet in the rain but both machines were full of wet linens. Communication with Payton was good, overall it's a nice place in a great location that just needs a few tweaks to make it great.
