Welcome all Chain O'Lakes boaters and waterfront seekers to the resort style living that Fox Lake has to offer! Located directly on Fox Lake with 50 feet of frontage on the water, you can enjoy breakfast on your beautiful deck, coffee, or wine on the balcony, then a day on the water. This stunning, meticulously maintained 1850+ square feet lakefront home was recently renovated. Have dinner on the deck with a view of the lake and the make your s’mores in the fire pit all while being on the edge of Mineola Bay.

Large deck and flat yard are great for bonfires and games. The open kitchen and dining areas offers spectacular views of the lake through two story windows.

Winter fun! Wilmot Ski Resort offers skiing and snow tubing for the whole family and is a short 15 minute drive away! Great cross country skiing trails at the Chain O’Lakes State park, local Ice skating rinks, phenomenal Ice Fishing, snowmobiling, hunting and more!

Summer fun! Spend the day out on the water and dock your boat right at the Lake House! Don't have a boat? Ask us about our 2022 Sylvan Pontoon that we have available for rent! There are several restaurants on the chain that have boat parking! Ride horses at the Chain O'Lakes State Park Stables, hike through Chain O'Lakes state park, and there are plenty of golf courses within 20 minutes, ride your bike on the bike trails and more!

We stayed at Josh’s lake house with 7 guests (4 adults and 3 kids) and 2 dogs. The house was perfect for our group! We rented their boat for the entire stay and spent every day on the water. In the evenings we played cornhole , went fishing and grilled out. The beds were super comfy. Josh was very responsive for any of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this Fox Lake property. Josh has updated the entire house. Very well stocked with supplies, towels and kitchen spices. We grilled 2 nights on the deck while enjoying the beautiful view. You have a view of the lake from the first floor, loft and master. Cute balcony off the master facing the lake. Our dog loves the fenced yard and enjoyed watching the wildlife. We loved the house so much we've already booked our next visit.

We were grateful to stay at this home on the Fox Lake Chain. Josh, the host was attentive and available prior to our stay and during our stay. We appreciated his communication throughout. The home was perfect for our group of 5 with plenty of comfortable sleeping areas. The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outside areas. Coffee on the porch in the quiet of the morning was a treat. We enjoyed the fire pit at the lakeside and the stack of wood for our use. The home is located in a quiet residential area which was a plus. I only wish we could have enjoyed more time at this property. Josh, thank you for your hospitality.

If you rent this property, you will not be disappointed. My wife, daughter, and I highly recommend this VRBO. Its clean and fresh and exactly like it is stated in the advertising. We were also able to rent a pontoon boat as a separate agreement with the owner. The boat was also newer and clean. I don't think that you can find a better place on the chain!

Beautiful, spectacular mornings with the sunrise and the view of the lake. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is very nice. We were able to prepare all our family meals.

We were so happy to find the perfect house and location right on the lake for our annual 'Mom & Daughters' getaway. The host Josh was very communicative, the house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The full wall of windows facing the lake provided stunning views. We saw so many different birds including pelicans!! I would highly recommend this host and this location. Hope to be back again some day.

We loved this Fox Lake property! We came for a winter writing retreat, where we could be cozy and cook good food and be creative. This property delivered. The gorgeous two story windows let in so much light and we could dream about life and books while looking out at the geese and ducks floating on the partially frozen water. The view is second to none. The house is gorgeous and well-stocked. It was nice to have coffee available, and weirdly, paper plates. We even used the air fryer! Everything was comfy and cozy as desired. The host, Josh, was extremely available and it was nice to know if we needed something, he was available. Hope to rent this property again next year!

The home is beautiful!! The view is beautiful!! The beds were so comfortable!! The owner was quick to answer any questions we had! We rented for a couple days to celebrate our Daughter graduating Navy Bootcamp and she loved it!! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook her favorite meals! We plan to rent again in the future during the summer so we can enjoy the lake activities!

Our group (three couples, a baby, and two dogs) loved our stay on Fox Lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views of the lake, the boat rental, and sitting outside. Communication with the owner was prompt. We can’t wait to visit again!

This was in a nice and quiet secluded neighborhood. The house was beautiful and accommodated everyone in our group, plenty of kitchen ware! Check the cabinets before you go shopping, we bought a lot of duplicates. Sitting by the fire pit making s’mores was the best way to end our last night.

Perfect property for a small(ish) group. The house is modern, clean, plenty of amenities, firepit, and of course, right on the water. We enjoyed how close it was to the city and being able to rent a boat and dock it right at the house. Communication was exceptional with the property manager and we would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! House was comfortable and well equipped. We were able to bring our pontoon and use the lift. The fenced yard was great for our small dog. We enjoyed being able to boat to some good restaurants too! This was our 2nd time at this great property.

The property was incredible. The owner thought of every detail and had everything one could need there. The lake was super calm and because we went during the week we had it to ourselves to tube and swim. It truly was perfect and can't wait to come again.

This home was in a great location, and had a beautiful view. Josh was amazing with communication and expectations. The kitchen was supplied with basic cooking pots/pans, there was a grill (he even had another tank ready for us just incase), & the fire pit with chairs were a huge hit. We were able to bring our boat and dock it at the house - so convenient! The house was clean and well maintained. Great family get away!

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 days. Caught a 24 inch walleye off the dock first day (total of 6 fish over the stay). Roadwork made the stay a bit of a hassle, but owner assisted where he could. Well equipped place and kitchen.Had a great time!

Although it was short and not lake season; we enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and the lake view was great. Good food in the area; breakfast/dinner Whistle Stop and Dockers on the lake was nice as well. Josh (host) was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Josh! Highly recommend! We stayed over Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful to wake up to the snow falling over the lake. The house has everything you need making our Christmas baking super easy. The owner was super responsive and really helpful. We would definitely stay again!
