Please be aware that the second floor of the apartment is off-limits (two bedrooms and a half bathroom), so please refrain from entering those areas. If any beds or rooms on the second floor are used, there will be an additional $30 charge for each room used to cover the cleaners' costs.
Here are the guidelines to follow during your stay:
- No parties, smoking, or disruptive behavior.
- Please return the Parking Passes to avoid a replacement fee.
- Turn off the AC and heat when leaving.
- Only use the provided parking spot; all other parking spots are reserved.
- Do not exceed the guest count on the reservation.
- Clean up any significant messes made before checkout.
- No reservation alterations are allowed within 14 days of check-in.
- Inform us of any allergies to specific cleaning products before booking.
- Contact us with any concerns within the first 24 hours of your stay.
- Pets are welcome for $40 per stay, with a maximum of two-pet.
- Our cancellation policies must be followed.
