We choose this location due to its proximity to Snow Canyon and amenities offered at the casita. It is within minutes of the state park! It is also minutes from a grocery store and several nice places to eat. The casita itself was very beautiful and I particularly loved the spa like bathroom! We enjoyed having coffee on the patio. It is on the street side however we really didn’t notice the traffic. We were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and workout facilities. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this casita in a small quiet gated community near Snow Canyon State Park. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. We took advantage of the community workout room, hottub, and pickleball court as well. The casita seems new with a large bathroom with tub and shower as well as washer/dryer. The kitchen area is small but worked for us. We biked in to Snow Canyon several times for hiking and also biked to the Chuckwalla trails and to Ivins Unity park for tennis. The location of the casita is ideal. And the nearby FeelLove coffee shop is the bomb.

My husband and I needed to be in St. George for the weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! It is modern, quiet, and we loved the close proximity to Snow Canyon. Chase is an excellent host and did a great job of communicating with us prior to our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This is such a prime location to go to the Parks. We were just down the road from my conference, so was convenient for our stay. Beautiful home. The pool was a nice extra as well. Will definitely consider coming back for a full vacation! Highly recommend.

The property was super clean and in a great location. The set up was a little different. If it was me, I would swap the bedroom and living/dining furniture as it was hard having breakfast so far from the kitchen area and not being able to relax and watch a football game from the couch. Bed was super comfy.

Beautiful, clean, modern, quiet. Comfortable bed. Large bright bathroom with spacious shower and separate tub. Plenty of closet storage w/ full size washer and dryer. Quick response from owner. Easy check in/out. Close to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn with biking/hiking trails just outside the door. Very nice pool, hot tub and pickleball courts just a few doors away. We'll be back.

The casita was perfect for the two of us. The location in Irvin which is right by St George was great. Easy check-in, timely communication and nice accommodations make this a place we would revisit and recommend. Kitchen is limited without stove but there is a microwave and hot plate. This worked fine for us. Having the W/D was helpful. The bathroom is beautiful with walkin shower and tub. Thank you!

Great location for Snow Canyon activities and Tuachan. Close enough to downtown St.George for restaurants and activities there as well. Convenient and easy check in. Great place for my wife and I to enjoy a relaxing Lon weekend. Highly recommend!!

Lovely desert casita

The casita is very modern, beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is a studio, with a small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom and shower are luxurious. The gas fireplace was nice for taking the chill off in the evening or early morning. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood close to the entrance to Snow Canyon, and there are plenty of restaurants not far away on Bluff Street. Zion National Park is an hour away. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this casita and would definitely like to stay here again.

Instructions for a "technology challenged" guest

Had trouble with all the new technology. Had trouble entering the unit as it was the first time I had encountered those kinds of locks --- didn't realize you had to press some button first before entering the four digit code and then even after discovering this I had no idea that you had to press the check mark at the bottom too. Also, didn't know how to lock up. --- tried entering the code but this didn't work. Somebody had to tell me. Instructions on this would help. Secondly, I had no idea how to adjust the thermostat. There were no instructions --- fortunately the daytime setting was fine and to cool it off for sleeping, I was able to open all the windows. But at another time of year, this could have been a problem. Also, I never figured out how to get regular TV channels on the TV and which remote to use. Maybe it's just me...sorry. Anyhow, it was a beautifully clean property and the locations was superb! Enjoyed access to the pool/hot tub. Thanks for everything.
