Completely remodeled in November 2019. Upscale, comfortable, well-appointed 3 bedroom (Two Master), 3 bath condo is perfect for couples wanting elbow room or families needing space. New bedding, luxury linens, fresh paint, new cabinets and granite counter-tops, quality furniture, and flat screen TVs in each room welcome you to a great vacation.
Enjoy the sight of the white sand beach and sound of the ocean from your private balcony outside the master bedroom and the family room. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and a Keurig makes dining in a pleasure. With king size beds in the 2 master bedrooms, and a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom, every guest has their own retreat. You will enjoy relaxing on the furnished balcony, in the living room featuring 2 leather couches (one with a queen sofa sleeper) and a side chair, as well as in the dining area.
BONUS: To make your trip even easier and more enjoyable, owner allows guests use of a convenient storage closet outside condo to store your beach equipment!
While the inside is beautiful, spacious and relaxing, the outside has just as much to offer. Ocean House has a beautiful zero-entry pool with waterfalls and seating in the middle. Two kiddie pools are located on each end of the pool area. Ocean House is known for having the longest pool in Gulf Shores. Restrooms are conveniently located near the pool area.
While the kids play in the pool or the grassy areas, parents can enjoy themselves under a shady gazebo located at each end of the pool. The pool deck is extremely large with several lounge chairs for sunbathing. Each end of the pool area has a convenient entry ramp to the beach with showers located at each end to help wash off the sand. In addition, charcoal grills are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.
Parking is not included in the reservation total. Parking passes must be purchased onsite. Passes are $30 and there is a 2 pass limit.

Nice property. Description was accurate. Fantastic view. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Check in process was a bit lengthy and the key was hard to find, but otherwise ok. 5th floor corner unit. Very nice and like the pics/description. Only drawback is the mattresses are old and saggy, and the patio furniture needs replacing. Otherwise great.

Owner is very responsive and any questions asked were promptly answered. Condo is very roomy and right on the beach. Beds could have been more comfortable. Wish the pool would have been cleaner. Only 1 elevator and it was kinda slow but that was not a deal breaker. Rent this condo, you will have a great time!!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Gulf shores for a baseball tournament. We enjoyed the view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. We received great customer service as well. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area.

1. Curtains in bedroom in the back are nearly falling down
2. Rug in the back bathroom is super dirty.
3. Dirty floors...I mopped them twice and used 20 swifter wet pads and they were black. Property manager offered to have cleaning crew come back, I declined as we had already unpacked.
4. Furniture in the living space is not what is pictured in the listing. In the listing the furniture is leather or similar, in the condo the furniture was fabric and was quite worn.
Pros- great location, good amenities, love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Would consider staying again if some things improved.

The rental unit space is great and spacious. The kitchen, dining have everything we need. The three rooms are spacious. The only complaint I have is the temperature of one room( first room at the entrance ). It is very cold compared to the rest of the unit despite the attempt adjusting the thermostat. We love the balcony, overlooking the beach, it was beautiful watching the sunset and sunrise. The presence of authorities rounding the beaches felt very safe. Location is great. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time. Just one suggestion though, probably 2 set of keys will be very convenient. Especially , when you have 6 people staying.

The condo and balcony were fantastic. The beach directly in front of the condo was closed the entire time we were there but not the hosts fault on that. We just had to enjoy our time at the pool and on the balcony instead. Plenty of room for all of us and excellent communication from the host.

Nice clean condo. Good communication with leasing company. Only complaint is, for some unknown reason, cannot have a canopy on beach in front of condo. Have to walk all they way down to condos on either side of the property. Can be a hassle if others get there first, creating a long walk with kids.

Upon arrival the unit was just like we remembered. It did need to be cleaned better and for what you charge for cleaning fee it should be spotless. We did have to call to get the pantry door fixed and one of the bedrooms vanity drawers. Pillows were horrible so I’m glad I brought mine. There needs to be better outdoor cushions so you can enjoy sitting outside. They were the same as last year and need to be replaced. They are horrible. Other than that, our 31/2 week stay was good.

Condo was beautiful, but needed more kitchen items. We had to buy some during our stay. The pool area with gazebos and grills was never crowded and the beach was very close. Great balcony and loved the extra beach chairs included. The downside was the lobby area. It smelled so strongly, like backed up sewage. It lasted our entire stay. Thankfully the elevator was quick.

We absolutely loved it here! Only thing anyone coming here should know is parking cost 30.00 during your stay. But that gulf view was amazing and you could open that bedroom door and listen to those waves 😍😍

After disastrous check in good vacation.
We arrived on 5/28 to find someone else in our room, couldn't figure out why the key code didn't work and while my daughter was trying to figure it out a man and his family walked up and unlocked the door and went in, when my daughter tried to tell him it was our room he was very rude, we called sunset properties and when I told the lady the problem she said she wasn't in town but she would get someone local to come down and see what was going on, apparently the owner rented it to someone else and didn't let sunset know, I tried to get the number of the property owner to call him but sunset wouldn't give me his number but said they would give him the message but i never heard from him , no apology nothing! This could have been a very volatile situation and when you pay over 3,000 dollars for a condo that had been rented since January it's ridiculous, I have never had this happen in all the years I have used vrbo plus it was 30.00 dollars per car to park which we didn't know and there was no handsoap in any of the bathrooms! I will never rent from this owner again!!

A Few Quirks!
Great location and beautiful views! The overall unit was very nice - once we were able to access the property. Check-in instructions (specifically key location) was not clear. There were several electrical outlets - in kitchen and bathrooms which did not work or could not be used because of their location (beachfront master). We had 2 adults in the unit and there was not enough towels in the bathrooms (one set per bathroom) or the kitchen. Bring your own! The beachfront master shower had not been cleaned before our arrival. The overall look of the unit was very nice and the staff at the leasing office were friendly

This condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, spacious room, and great amenities. We had a great time and felt at home. We loved having a bathroom connected to each of the 3 bedrooms. The balcony provided a great view from the 5th floor but the walk to the beach was short and easy. We will definitely try to book this same condo in the future. Great experience!

Fun fun fun!
Ocean House II did not disappoint! We were so close to the beach that we could run up to the room quickly if we needed anything. Beds were comfy and had all the appliances we needed. Location is close to everything but will need a vehicle to get around. Be sure to bring chairs and toys… none in the closet as advertised. Also, bring a hair dryer! Randy and management team have been very responsive and flexible. We will be back!

Summer Vacation
Owners were easy to work with with quick responses to any questions. Condo was as advertised well furnished and room for 6 adults. They only negative was having one key for the 6 of us but it was only a minor inconvenience not worth calling or emailing about. Also we were not able to get in until 6pm due to the cleaning crew being late but we are understanding people knowing it is difficult to find workers in today environment

Family Vacay
We enjoyed our visit. The condo was great. We enjoyed having access to the pool and beach just steps away. The ability to go out early and set up for the day and take the kids upstairs for lunch or a dip in the pool was fantastic. It made it less stressful for the parents and grandparents. Everyone was friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was a big selling point. I would stay there again.
