Nice place, great location, awesome host!

Property was clean and very roomy with large bedrooms, large common area and outdoor deck

We enjoyed our stay at this property and particularly appreciated the space to spread out and proximity to campus. There were four people in our party, and I think a slightly larger family would still have been comfortable given the beds and rooms provided. The unit was clean and well equipped for our stay. Be aware that you won't really be able to see the property from the street, and your map directions might have you turn in prematurely, as the townhouse in nestled in among several other properties. ;-) One minor observation: If, like me, fragrances are an allergy (and/or asthma) trigger for you, be aware that there is a great deal of artificial fragrance (laundry detergent, scent plug-ins, etc.) in the unit. If that isn't a problem for you, then I certainly recommend this property for an Auburn stay!

Perfect for our trip!!

The listing was very comfortable and enough space for everyone. Everything here was great. The two items the owner my look into. 1 the outside grill needs to be deep clean or replaced, because it's getting rusty. 2. The sound bar sub woofer is short circuiting very badly and could be a fire hazard one day

This is a great location to stay for any event. Walking distance to everything. Plenty of room, and clean.

5 adults stayed here for a fraternity parent’s weekend. We loved the location and the covered porch. We would definitely reccommend.

Comfortable place with everything you need, we enjoyed the house and liked how it was stocked, the proximity to town and the cleanliness of it. It is an older place with charm and you can see it is cared for. It is a little off the beaten path but it definitely served our needs and was adequate for our family. We very much appreciated the quick communication by the owner.

Accurate listing. Fantastic location. Easy access to campus. Lots of room and comfortable space.

I rented this for my daughter’s bridal party for her wedding weekend. The location was perfect to walk downtown and easy to get to anywhere they needed to go.
4.8
Great location, close to restaurants and the campus. Apartment was clean and we enjoyed the dart board.
4.8
Great location, we all came from different states for my daughters graduation and the parking was a problem since they only have 2 parking passes for the property. We also had cold showers if we did not rotate.
4.8
Great place to stay with friends and family for a game day weekend!
4.8
Great location, did not have to use our cars all weekend!! Had all the items needed. Wonderful auburn decor.
4.8
We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect location and plenty of room. Comfortable beds and close to the parking garage on Burton if you need extra parking.
4.8
Nice location everything good accept the grill was filthy with one burner working out of three.

We were only in town for less than 48 hours but the location was great and the house has a good amount of space with a good layout! It’s a little hard to find as the various map apps don’t seem to put it in the right location. It was a generally quiet place BUT the train does run behind the property so every once in a while we would hear that.

This was our second stay here and we love it! Looking forward to the next time.

Property management was great; I had misplaced my code key to enter the property and we were late checking in (around 8 PM). Phone call was answered and our problem solved!
The cleanliness of the property was great. My daughter just completed Navy Midshipman ROTC training, and we flew immediately from Chicago to Atlanta, and checked into the property in Auburn. She had a C-bag full of laundry, and the laundry facilities were absolutely fantastic! New, big washer and dryer. We did not cook or eat in the kitchen since we wanted to try out new restaurants in the campus area. The campus is within walking distance to several wonderful places. We sat out every night on the front porch, overhead fans going and porch lights on listening to the Southern Rain.
The downside: This is a townhouse, not a separate home. That might be in the listing description somewhere, but I missed it. You will be sharing the front porch and sharing a wall with your neighbors. Other issues with townhouses is that there are no windows on one side of the unit, so inside was always very dark in the mornings and we had to leave the downstairs light on. The cabinetry is just about ready to fall apart in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. The sheets, pillows and bedding are very old and worn, and the furniture is dated. However, the unit is clean and comfortable. There are water stains on the ceiling, but no leaks despite the heavy rain we got during our stay.

Enjoyed Amanda’s place. She is very timely in communication & brought over a couple of items requested during our stay. The rental location is very convenient to campus & pet friendly. Could use a little updating, but all in all met our needs for graduation weekend. The train does pass through one - three times a night.

It is a little older property but is in a great location. It’s very close to downtown. It’s probably a 15 min. Walk to the stadium.
4.8
Everything was as described. Walking distance to nice restaurants and bars.
NOTE: initially the place is hard to find, sits back off the road with the only entrance being a unmarked driveway. But once found its easy to remember.
4.8
It is very clean, comfy and located in a great area within walkind distance to restaurants, bars, some shops, parks, Auburn University and nice neighborhood walks. The place is super clean and fully loaded home with appliances, comfy furniture and much more.
4.8
The location is tops. Across the street from Acre in a quiet cove. I rented this place while my daughter attended camp war eagle. I have a condo nearby but wanted to stay a little closer for convenience.
4.8
This duplex was perfect for our large family. We rented both units and had the entire large porch to ourselves.
4.8
Right next to campus, clean, all the items you would need for a weekend to a long week.
4.8
Comfortable very clean and comfortable property with terrific location

Loved the location. I remember these houses when I was going to Auburn. I lived across the street in what is now a gas station, but somehow forgot about the train :)
Clean apartment, easy check-in and check-out.

Great for game day! Comfortable and cozy, great location close to downtown and campus!

Everything was great. However property backed up to railroad which was pretty noisy to say the least.

Great location and walkable to downtown
