There were 12 of us children and adults. The house was perfect. Short walk to the beach and the older kids could also walk to the sound side to fish. The kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks. Plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen! Would definitely book again!

After I showed my brother pictures of where we were staying he really wanted to join us with his family, we all were really impressed everything. Home was spacious, spotless everything in working order. Very comfortable and perfect location. Thank you for the ease of check in and out and letting us stay at your beautiful property.

Not new, but awesome location
The location of this property is absolutely wonderful - quiet, private, and right on the beach. We were disappointed that the description of the property called it "brand new" when it is really about 5 years old and is starting to show some need for maintenance (pool tiles falling off, broken pool gate, broken pool signs, rusted water handle on top deck that won't turn on, exterior door handles that are loose, electrical circuit in the kitchen that did not work). It doesn't need a lot of maintenance, but a day or two of TLC would do wonders for the property. The inside was pretty clean. There were a few ants and I'm sure the management company would have sent someone to take care of them, but we didn't want to deal with the hassle and being disturbed during our short trip. The outside stairs and decks needed to be sprayed down before our visit. We were greeted with sandy steps covered in bird poop (there's an empty bird nest on the light by the door and since it's empty it certainly could be removed to get rid of the ants/bugs inside it and the poop needs be cleaned up) - it was not the best first impression. The middle deck also has issues with birds nesting (some blocking or screening would help prevent this) and it was covered in bird poop. We had to spray it down to be able to walk on the deck and sit on the chairs - the birds did come back and poop (which is to be expected when they are building nests), but it was obvious by the amount that we cleaned off, that the deck and chairs had not been cleaned in a really long time. Also, the hot tub had a collection of something at the bottom that we had to fish out and remove before we could use it so check before you get in. Be careful when getting into the hot tub. We used the step stool next to the railing only to realize that we were over the height of the railings and if we slipped, we'd fall over the railings and onto the cement below. So, we climbed in close to the house instead (shorter and older people will have a very hard time climbing into the hot tub). It would also be nice if the hot tub cover wouldn't slide between the hot tub and the railing - it's difficult to get it back up. The hot tub is really too big for the spot it was placed in.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. Our biggest disappointment was the accuracy of the listing. It needs to be revised to note that is it no longer "brand new."

Beautiful views
Location was great and views was awesome. The cleanness of the property was terrible. Dirty tennis shoes were left in bathroom. Windows not clean. Dog hair left on furniture and all over the floors. Dog poop in pool area. Another cleaning crew came after we called and cleaned for over an hour so we had to wait outside until they finished.
