Arrived at property and garage code did not work, was told to park in the parking lot and resolve it in the morning. Parked for one night, received a $75 parking ticket from the town. Could not figure out how to access the unit without going through the garage, ended up walking around a mall on the first floor of the building woth our luggage until a resident helped us out.
Got into the unit and it was 97 degrees inside according to the thermostat. NO AIR CONDITUONING. Called for help, there was none, they basically told me... good luck.
Left, got a hotel for the night but opened all of the windows prior to leaving. Came back the next night and it was tollerable (stll 80).
Nice place, would be ok in winter, tough to access but good location.

We spent a week at this place and I was amazing. We spent most of the time at the mountains leaving early in the morning and coming back late afternoon but every time we were at the condo we enjoyed the comfort and the amenities. We cooked every evening so we were glad the condo is well supplied with everything you need to cook and serve. Thanks

The condo is well located with walking to restaurants, close to multiple ski areas. The condo was clean with a nicely appointed kitchen.

We picked this place based most off the "private hot tub" that was advertised. This is not accurate at all. The hot tub is shared and not close to the residence. Also many things in the house were broken and poorly maintained. Doors to the laundry got stuck a lot, the toilet seat was loose and moves a lot, the kitchen sink sprayer buttons were broken and you can't change it off spray, tiles were broken on the floor, etc. The TV is very small for the space. The bunk beds are cheap and loud when two people try to share a room.
Back to the hot tub, this was also poorly maintained. Day 2 we went to get in and there was a gross layer of scum covering the water. The water was almost a yellow color. Many things in the tub were broken and the temperature was warm at best.
I attempted to contact the owners prior to the trip asking a question but nobody even responded.
Overall very disappointed in this trip and would not recommend this rental at all.

Property size and layout were very nice. Huge plus that it had a garage. The only thing that was upsetting was the cleanliness. The carpets in the bathrooms and throughtout the house weren't vacuumed/cleaned. Property was also dusty and upon arrival kitchen floor was sticky and not washed thoroughly. Otherwise, loved the fireplace. Had eveything we needed.

Great location - walking distance to the ampitheater and across from a large park. We thoroughly enjoyed the large outdoor patio with seating for 6. Good indoor space. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Most everything thing was great. The only hiccups were that the TV was hard to operate (couldn't find directions but finally figured it out) and the hot tub was kind of sketchy. The cover was really hard to remove and the tub had mold growing on one of the padded head rests.

Property was nice, no issues. Location was technical downtown but not much of a downtown to speak of. A few restaurants in area and walkable, as was the amphitheater and marina. Hope you like pickle ball! It was right across the road and being played all day long ever day. Great view of the mountains! Be aware this is one of many condos in a large complex, I didn’t realize this when I booked.

It's located close enough to several excellent ski resorts.
The unit itself is roomy and has all you would need. Very comfortable, clean and nice!

This condo worked out great for our stay. I dropped a star for the following reasons: The hot tub water was not being maintained properly. It was not clear and a bit green. Be aware that it is a long walk from the stairs/elevator to the unit. There were four of us staying there for 9 days. We ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper. When we asked for more, they said they give an initial supply for a typical 3 day stay and they don't resupply. I guess this is the fine print somewhere, but I've never found it. Since we were staying for 9 days, they might have taken that into consideration.

This property made my family feel right at home. Loved the outdoor porch area, great for morning coffee or hanging out in the evening. Amazing location! We are walked to the Farmers market, a cafe and a pub while we were there!y My family and I always felt super safe. Plus the indoor parking is a HUGE advantage, especially in the winter. We will be staying again soon!

Dillon VBRO
Floor layout was good, however, at the top of the stairs leading into the master bedroom, there is a large window with no covering facing another unit no more than 15 ft away. You have to keep the bedroom door closed as those tenants have a direct view into your bedroom. Window covering should be a must for this unit. Then, in the master bedroom, there are older wooden blinds that face the unit across from it. These blinds do not cover the window completely/adequately. New blinds are definitely a necessity for privacy. At night with the light on, you can see into the bathroom.
Also, the carpet is stained and worn. Back door needs a screen door.
It is a long way from the parking garage to the unit. There was a common cart to use use to help take luggage, etc., but pretty dirty and disgusting to use. Maybe the unit needs its on cart/dolly.

Great place for a long weekend in Dillon
Came up with a couple friends for a long weekend to see a concert at the Dillon amphitheater. The condo is an easy 5 minute walk from the amphitheater and "downtown" Dillon. Also, there's a great bowling alley in the basement of the building the condo is in, but don't worry you can't hear it all from the unit.

The condo was nicely decorated and very kept and clean. We were near the lake for all the swimming, hiking, biking, etc. activities. The condo is above businesses, but there was no noise or disturbance. There is a garage where the car can be parked. Our only complaint was that the paper towels were the cheapest available and the toilet paper was the same.

Great location
Great location for Dillon. No AC in the upstairs bedroom was tough as there really wasn’t any airflow, even with the windows wide open. The main floor bedroom was fine with the window open.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! My husband and I brought our kids (8 and 6) for their first Western ski vacation. This condo was perfect... very clean, plenty of linens and blankets, plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, the fireplace, and the movie selection were awesome! Everything was so well labeled (even the light switches!). The hot tub was just a short walk away. The garage was great... no need to clean off a snow covered car and we could just leave the skis in the car overnight. We skied at Copper, A. Basin, Cooper, and Loveland. Plenty of local options for dinner and a nice grocery store nearby. The only issue was a lack of bars of soap.
Turnkey was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again... we were sad to leave!
