The view to the lake

Location.access to heated pool, walking path, view of lake and mountains. Access to highway, grocery store m. We have stayed there for years before Covid and while we biked and hiked. We are familiar with area because it feels like home away from home. I returned so many evaluations on this place which all say about the same thing. I do hope the owners and management respond to all issues as they have to do with cleanliness and in turn respect for their prospective tenants.

Perfect location for a concert at the amphitheater!

Loved the lakeside location, convenient to the mountains and perfect for listening to dillon amphitheater concerts from the deck -/ but the kitchen was not great for meal preparation (uneven electric stove l-top and wonky dishwasher

I will say the location was great. Outside of that, it was pretty atrocious. I started by taking a nap on the couch. Huge mistake. The couch hasn't been cleaned in a decade. My neck and skin that touched the couch itched the rest of the day. The carpet looks like its been through a few fraternity wars. The furniture on the deck may have been picked up on at a 'free' garage sale. You DID NOT want the comforter to touch you...so you had to strategically make sure sheets were over the top of everything. The shower head was stolen from my high school locker room (graduated in 1994). Bathroom sink hardly drained...nice touch there. Hard to believe the state of disrepair this unit has gotten to.

I arrived at the unit at 10pm. The lockbox was very convenient. Upon entering I immediately noticed several carpet stains throughout the unit and damage to several walls and radiators including exposed wiring. I tried to try on the fireplce which did not work. Then I turned on the TV which powered on but cable did not. The bathrooms are poorly maintained with several tiles missing in the shower and mildew. The bedrooms are spartan; beds old; pillows are old and small; linens are minimal and utilitarian. The kitchen is basic but trim missing around the dishwasher. The sink disposer did not work and food waste backed up into the sink. The following morning I notified the local property manager, Kyle, who came over around 5pm and was able to fix the cable (the box was not connected properly) but said he would have to call a contractor to fix the fireplace which he was already aware did not work. He was apparently off of work the following 2 days and did not respond to several text messages so the fireplace did not get fixed until the last day. The disposer did not get fixed at all so the food waste just sat in the sink. I contacted Kyle via text after departure to ask for compensation prior to submitting a review. He accused me of threatening him and would only offer $200 refund for the problems. When I sent him the pictures he replied that he could offer $250 but that was maximum allowed by VACASA.
This is completely unacceptable. This unit is a total dump.

Great views from deck, dining room, & living room. Good location. Dated interior, furniture, appliances, carpet, etc.

I booked this condo for a fishing weekend with a buddy. The location is great.
A few things that need attention.
1. Neither of the large burners worked on the stove.
2. The fireplace would not come on. And yes the pilot was lit.
3. The carpet was super stained and nasty looking.
4. The cold water knob in the master sink wouldn't turn on. It just spins.
5. The tile going into the shower in the master was broken and chipped.
6. Scraped up non-stick skillets.
This place is in great need of an update. That being said, it served its purpose for a place to sleep and shower. Just glad the wives weren't with us!

The apartment is a bit outdated, but the location is spectacular! It was so nice to be able to air up and walk straight down to the lake with our paddle boards. The apartment has all the things needed if eating in, but it’s also close to some really great restaurants. Definitely recommend.

We checked in to learn we’d have no hot water or heat for the duration of our stay. Apparently this was a scheduled maintenance that VRBO chose not to inform us about. The temperature was in the 30’s at night. There were numerous problems with the unit-the second bathroom door was broken, the bathroom sink leaked, the garbage disposal smoked when we turned it on and 2of the 4 stove burners didn’t work. It was unsafe, uncomfortable and very cold. The description of the unit was deceptive and misleading. It should not be listed for rental until repairs are complete.

The location of the condo was good. Found a broken faucet in one bathroom when we checked in. Contacted property manager several time, never came to fix the issue. Had another water problem. Contacted property manager, they never got back to us. We found a local maintenance person to fix it for us. A week later I got an email and a text and a call from property manager that we were being "forcibly" moved to another condo due to maintenance issue. I told then we had resolved this ourselves since they would not help us. The whole process was a disaster and really ruined the trip.

The carpet was filthy, The parking pass set up was confusing, bathroom doors are broken and you have to struggle to try and close them. The unit is extremely dated and needs a deep clean. The view , the pool and hot tub are nice. Customer service got back to me asap when I called about the parking issue and offered to come out asap to clean the carpet, which we declined but I greatly appreciated it

Ski trip
The property’s location was fantastic and the hot tub was very hot which we love! The location makes it very easy to get to any ski area you want for the day. The condo was comfortable and clean but could definitely use a little TLC. The pocket doors did not shut and the screen door on the porch was very difficult as well. The knobs on the faucets all turn backwards in the bathrooms 🤷🏼♀️ Just little things. The view is outstanding though and we would definitely stay here again.

So filthy
Would NOT recommend. Aside from how dated the unit was, it need a DEEP cleaning. High touch surfaces haven't been cleaned, much less sanitized, the carpet was so stained and dirty, it stained my daughter's brand new socks. Management company needs a new cleaning company as the linens hadn't been changed. There were hairs in the sheets on the beds. I reached out to them and someone brought clean linens and a spray bottle of cleaner for me to use, but no other contact was made. They told me that they would "make things right," but nothing was done and they haven't contacted me despite my reaching out to them. There are also numerous repairs that need to be made, that I have let the management company know about.

Great place but needs some updates
Nice place, great location. This unit was a little less well maintained than other Lakecliffe units I’ve stayed in over the years. The pocket door in one of the bathrooms was almost inoperable/ connected only by it’s rear mount, but we made due rather than taking up the property manager’s offer to put in a maintenance request. Other issues included one of the oven burners not working - we just made due with the others; the mounted fireplace directions (i.e. turn dial on right) did not turn on the fireplace even though the pilot was clearly lit, and finally (and most dissatisfing) was that there was no pass for the spa/pool/rec center. We did call to ask where it should be, and when we couldn’t locate it, I requested that one be delivered to the unit - but it didn’t arrive during our stay. All other minor issues (e.g. needed additional towels, needed to know how to reset some fuses) were promptly addressed. In all, we were a group of six young and old adults that, despite the specifics above, were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay at this cozy condo! The balcony had a beautiful view of the lake, and the fireplace was enjoyed by all. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Time for an Update, but Great Location
The condo is in a great location for exploring Summit County, has a wonderful view and was easy to book and check in to; however, it is desperately in need of an update/remodel. Appliances, beds, furniture, bathrooms, paint, carpet, window coverings, and the kitchen all need updating. Although it had clearly been cleaned, the obvious wear and tear on the property made it feel dirty and very unwelcoming. The deck has a great view, but the chairs, table and roof of the deck are filthy. At a very minimum, the carpet needs to be cleaned--it's stained and feels grimy on bare feet. The water temperature throughout the condo is unpredictable: no cold water in the kitchen and showers run extremely hot at random moments while in use. The beds should no longer be used: completely broken down. Strange, loud noises occurred only at night; they appear to be related to the hot water heating system (popping and running water). The "back up" lockbox cannot be opened with the code provided. Some of these issues could be addressed very quickly, with minimal investment, to make the condo a more comfortable and welcoming space.

Great Location
We loved our stay at your lovely condo. Could not have been a more perfect spot, close to everything Dillon has to offer. As stated, the beds should be replaced.

Such a perfect location for a Colorado vacation
With a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, this condo is perfectly located. Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, Silverthorne, and Vail are all nearby, and there are so many wonderful hikes in the area. The property includes an indoor swimming pool and hot tubs, which are perfect after hiking, biking, walking, reading - whatever!! There are several great places to eat within walking distance, and the amphitheater, park and playground are just across the street. This particular condo was clean and nice, the instructions were exact and easy to follow - the process of renting, using and leaving was as easy as it gets.

Arrived to a nice clean place. Location is convenient. We tried contacting maintenance a few times to fix the fireplace, with no return calls. Beds and couches are uncomfortable. The water temperature did not work properly anywhere in the condo. Also the listing claims there is a washer/dryer, but have no clue where because there was not one in the room. Disappointed with the place and misleading reviews, I would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. It was centrally located for the Ski resorts we visited. Groceries and services were close & convenient. We will be staying in this same condo in March.

Right off the water
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was prime, right off the water and ny the park. Also near the amphitheater. The property was slightly outdated but that didn't bother us one bit. We also used the pool and our 1 year old son loved it. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Overall fine.

Great location. Nothing else good to say.
Condo is in a GREAT location. Right on the marina. Nice view and sitting on the balcony listening to the amphitheater was awesome. The awesomeness stops there. The condo is old. Very very dated. I’d go as far as saying original appliances. The master bedroom bed should be thrown out a window. It’s a queen sized piece of crap. It falls in the middle so when you lay down, you roll into it. Awful. The pillows are about as thick as a towel. The living room furniture is old and broken down. Dishes were ancient. This could be a really nice place if the owners put a couple grand into it.

Great location but aging property
Let's start with the good... the location is great and is within a short walk to the marina, amphitheater, and restaurants/bars. The condo is fairly spacious and has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The screened balcony overlooks the lake, though the trees partially block the view depending on the time of the year.
So now the bad... the place is quite old and has not been updated in decades. Although it is functional, there are several issues: 1) the place was not cleaned well (i.e. the carpet looked dirty, there was popcorn under the couch, and the dishes looked dirty and had to be rewashed), 2) the cold water does not work in the master bathroom sink, 3) the top shelf in the door of the fridge is broken (despite someone trying to fix it with a metal bracket that slips off the broken attachment point. We lost a bottle of juice that spilled everywhere when the shelf fell off), 4) the metal twin bed frames in the guest bedroom do not have plastic covers protecting the edges, so I scraped my leg a couple times walking over to the screen door, 5) the screen door in the guest room was installed backwards, so you can't crack the door and put a stick in the track to prevent someone from coming in at night (and there are no other windows in the room.) The condo does not have AC and gets hot, though to their credit there were fans in the closets. 6) Some of the blinds are quite old and did not open properly.
Overall, we enjoyed the location and had a great time. However, this condo could definitely use a little update.
