The Condo's Neighborhood: The Stonybrook area is the premier place to stay when you are visiting Stowe. Aside from the distinctive beauty of the buildings and surrounding grounds, you are perfectly positioned to drive just a few minutes to the village or the base of Mt Mansfield, being able to instantly access either. At an even shorter distance are a variety of local shops, delicatessens and restaurants ranging from excellent pizza houses to fine dining.
At the south end of the Stonybrook property is an enormous wooded ravine which stretches for miles behind nearby farms and with more trails than you can ever cover with one visit, including one trail that leads to a spectacular nearby waterfall. At the north end, for walkers, joggers, runners and bikers, is the mid-point of the famous, paved, 6.5 mile, 'Stowe Rec Path,' which winds its way along the mountain road from the village to the ski area.
For skiing, the classic and historic Nosedive and National trails on Mt Mansfield early on led the way to Stowe being dubbed 'The Ski Capital of the East.' But then sunnier, gentler Spruce Peak, with its wider trails is also the skier's delight. Whatever your mood for the day, the perfect downhill run awaits you at Stowe.

This condo has everything you could need for a stay in Stowe. Well stocked and comfortable. A great location close to everything but with privacy. The views of the mountain are unreal especially at sunset. Would definitely stay again when in Stowe. The pie and ice cream was such a lovely touch! Thank you!!

This was the third time we have rented this property. Communication with the property manager was excellent. As always, the view was outstanding. One suggestion is that the beds be upgraded as both my husband and I experienced back pain this trip. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this property.

The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. Thank you for the delicious apple pie and ice cream, it was a great treat to have on a very hot day. We would recommend as a nice place to stay while visiting Stowe, it has everything you may need.

Jessica’s unit was perfectly clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity to the recreation path and the Mountain View’s from the back deck can’t be beat. The wifi worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. We hope to return soon!

We had an amazing visit in Stowe. The host was amazing and very helpful! The townhouse was perfect. Very nice and clean with everything we needed. Building fires in the fireplace was a favorite and the provided supplies and directions made it easy. Amazing location!! Close to everything, but private, quiet area. We definitely want to come back in fall and winter!

We had a great stay during the last week of October. This was our second time at this location, and we were happy to see the updates that had been done, especially with the furniture. We came to mountain bike at Von Trapp. The location was perfect. Close to Von Trapp and easy access to the Rec Path and all of the shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Host was super responsive if needed. The home felt spacious with adequate privacy. The check in process was also easy. Very much enjoyed our stay and Would definitely come again!

We had a great stay in the condo! The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and the place was equipped with everything we needed and more. Home was clean and cute. Lots of comfortable seating in the family room. Kitchen table was big and perfect for dinner and board games. 2 full baths which was nice for two couples. We were so surprised pie and ice cream was left by the hostess! What a lovely added touch...supporting local, and a nice treat for us as well. We ended up going to that bakery for sandwiches too! Highly recommend. Could use some firmer pillows, but that is a personal preference. Thanks!

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Jessica's condo was everything we needed, and more. Communication was fantastic, the view is gorgeous, house was very comfortable and relaxing. We wanted to cook our own meals and EVERYTHING we wanted was available in the kitchen. Amazing! We loved the location, very close to town but also past town traffic to go up the mountain. Close to Trapp Family spot and the trail as well. We ended up having to stay in quite a bit due to weather, but the TV and streaming worked well, fireplace is lovely, very sweet comfortable home. There's also a book with literally every quirk/question you could have and it answers them. So refreshing! And of course the incredible apple pie from the local bakery with ice cream was over the top. :) We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and comfortable condo...12 minute drive til parked at Stowe. Few minutes into town in other direction. Owner quickly responsive in minutes to few issues incorrect in home welcome booklet. Roadway into development unfortunately with deep potholes,hopefully to be fixed in spring. Tasty fresh apple pie waiting for us on arrival!

Stonybrook is a perfectly located condo complex in Stowe Vermont and this 2 bedroom unit is perfect. Great views of open field with the backdrop of Mt Mansfield and Spruce Peak. The condo was well equipped with everything you need - from kitchen equipment, towels, bedding, blanket and clear instructions on how everything operates. Communication was clear and easy from the Owner - and there was a delicious welcome apple pie with ice cream waiting for us upon arrival. a 10 minute drive up to the mountain and right in the heart of everything you need- I would definitely rent again.

The condo was truly wonderful to stay in for our family. It is so well equipped with everything from the little necessities to entertainment such as board games. It really exceeded our expectations. The nice touches were information about the local area in different seasons as well as information about the art pieces in the house. This was our first visit to Stowe. The location was perfect with a beautiful view! The condo was clean and very organized which I love! Jessica had a delicious apple pie and ice cream for us which my husband enjoyed for breakfast with his coffee 😂. Check in was easy and Jessica responded quickly to any questions.
